Went for lunch with friends and sat inside so had limited views of the sea. After sitting for quite a while we were given water & menus; then about 5 minutes later our order was taken. The service was slow, but the food tasty and enjoyable. The 2 ladies ordered apple cider but had to ask for glasses (seems we were expected to drink from the bottle).Desserts were very tasty and quite a few to choose from on the menu.Overall a reasonable meal, but not somewhere I would go back to in a hurry.

You can have tea/coffee or cold drinks at this cafe along with brunch, snacks or lunch. The menu is limited and the cafe has about 12 tables inside, but we have never had a problem getting a table.Lots of English style lollies/sweets for sale
Trying something different here at Redcliffe. Noticed this quaint cafe when do my grocery shopping and was impressed with the layout and displayed menu.I arrived not long after opening at 7am. Only a few were seated, some indoors and others outside under cover. The coffee was nice and the meal even better. It was well presented making it even nicer. Only disappointment I was not asked if I wanted any sauces.Staff are very pleasant and we're training some juniors. Well done. Will visit again in the near future.

We were regulars of Brads Burgers at the previous location and the burgers were the best ever. Finally got to visit for lunch at the new location. The burgers were not bad....but not good either.Very disappointing to see such a brilliant enterprise decline to being just average.Maybe cost cutting....the burger Pattie half the size as previously, and the caramelised onions now reduced to onion jam.Very sad, this was the best burger place around. We won't be back or bringing our friends and family back either.

We drive 40 minutes for one of these. Yummy!!! Lots of selections/choices including extras and packs. eg., kebab, drink and chips.

Was greeted by the owner who made sure we were happy with our seating choice. He happily explained to us how we order and that we pay before we get our food. Had the traditional pancakes and could not fault them. 3 thick and fluffy pancakes served with maple syrup, whipped cream and vanilla ice cream on the side. Pancakes were cooked to perfection. Coffee was served late though but the mugs were massive.

We have only ever heard great reviews about this cafe and we finally decided to try it for our anniversary lunch. If you want a great coffee, this is the place. I had the best cappuccino in a long time with the creamiest froth, and the perfect temp. The menu caters for many dietary needs, is really good value and the kitchen transitions seamlessly between the breakfast and lunch menu times. The perfection is in the location and atmosphere. Itâs away from the busy esplanade, offers incredible bay and glass house mountain views. You have the option of enjoying your meal and drinks under the big fig trees or undercover if you prefer. Plenty of space between tables and is wheelchair and dog friendly. This licensed cafe was doing a great trade midweek at lunch time and Iâm sure they handle the weekend trade just as well. Overall a really pleasant experience we would love to repeat.

There are a lot of cafes to choose from on the esplanade at Redcliffe, and we chose here because the breakfast menu looked good. Itâs not a fancy place, but the service, food and coffee are all good, and the meals are well priced. Seemed to be a popular spot for locals too, which is always a good sign.

The Oasis on the Esplanade has stood the test of time. First established in 2000 this little cafe is still going strong, with a focus on great, fresh quality food and customer service. Large breakfast and lunch menu with vegan and vegetarian options. Serv
I like the friendly waitress here , the one who is always smiling no matter what . Always happy to serve and makes you feel welcome . The service here has always been prompt and the orders correct . Well executed, simple food of generous portions. The menu is comprehensive without being fussy or over trendy. They use quality ingredients , the dishes prepared with good presentation and obvious care. The other excellent thing here is the coffee . Just a lovely blend of non bitter coffee that is always enjoyable. I have eaten breakfast in every cafe on the strip , for me this one is the best . It is opposite the Redcliffe jetty .
