My young family and I visited here for the first time since itâs changed hands and the food really is delicious. We ordered a sandwich and a toastie then followed by cream teas and we were not disappointed. Beautiful homemade scones and lovely tea/coffee. Steve and Sarah gave service with a smile and relatable humour. They paid an interest in us and our young daughter which was a nice touch. We very much enjoyed the first visit so we visited again a few days later. Highly recommended. Thank you and good luck for the future. See you soon. Thank you so much it was lovely to meet you and hope to see you again

I chose this chippy because the notice outside claimed to cook all orders from fresh so I was prepared for a wait, turned out to be 15 minutes. All the staff seemed totally disinterested. and demotivated. The Fish was cooked fresh but very small, the chips were just warm but hard, probably been cooked about 30 minutes before the fish.If you like good Fish and Chips give this one wide berth.

Our Sunny spacious Patio provides a haven with views of Wheal Friendly Engine house. There is a large public car with plenty of parking almost opposite Q. Free WIFI and Wheelchair access.
Myself & my husband recently visited Cafe Q on a Sunday for breakfast, following friends recommendations. We both had the Cafe Q full breakfast with a coffee & orange juice. We were pleasantly surprised the coffee included with the breakfast includes any type of coffee with no additional charges. The breakfast itself was cooked really well, being fresh & not too much (although I'm sure you could ask for extra sausages & bacon from the 2 of each given if you wanted more). The staff were really friendly & welcoming. Overall a lovely friendly cafe to start your day with excellent value breakfasts. Would highly recommend.

What a great place. There was lots of choice in St Ives, but we were so glad that we went into The Cove. The food was really reasonably priced and great value considering the sizable portions and great taste. For a group of five (three adults and two children) with very different tastes, the menu had plenty of choice but it was the service that made all the difference. The staff were superb and we were really well looked after.
