We're a friendly, family-run cafe offering a great choice of home-baked cakes and home-cooked breakfasts and lunches, as well as fish and chips. We're ideally positioned next to Cart Gap beach, with views open farmland and Happisburgh lighthouse. Dogs are
We were booked a table for 10 and received excellent service from Holly. Most of us had the fish and chips - which were brilliant! Better than a chippy. We had a couple of vegans with us and they were also well looked after. We will be back! Thanks Holly.

Who knew crab and cheese toasties was a thing? My word I know now and no mistake. Amazing, fresh and full of amazing flavour the food was fabulous. Donât worry about the price (£6) it was worth every penny. What a delight.

Locally owned and managed. Located in the North Norfolk coastal town of Cromer. We source local produce where available and present the finished dishes for reasonable prices.
Another independent breakfast place on my list. Excellent place with an interesting menu. First visit I had Eggs Benidict which compared to the one I had in a new Slug and Lettuce in Nottingham was 100 times better. My friends all agreed we would come again on The Sunday. Everybody tried different things on the menu. I imagine it's pretty cool in the evening as they have a vintage jukebox

We are aiming to serve as much locally sourced or homemade food. we serve a locally sourced steakburger, with cheese and all the trimmings, a locally sourced crab burger unique to us, complete with homemade tartare sauce and all the trimmings, and a glute
This is at least our second visit to this wonderful little cafe. Luckily on each occasion we have managed to get a table although you can get food to take away and eat on the beach. The service is always friendly and efficient and the food first class. My crab burger was brilliant and the chips first rate. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Top notch example of a typically quirky British cafe.

A warm welcoming cafe with above standard cakes and very friendly staff. On a cold winters day their homely hot food was cheap standard fare done well. The baked potatoes were very good and crispy as was pannini. Coffee and Victoria sandwich cake finished us off.

Situated in the village centre, a few minutes walk from the sea front, The Village Cafe can seat twenty people on the ground floor and twelve on the first floor.
We have only ever had breakfast here and can't fault it. Top quality ingredients at a silly price. £4 for everything you could possibly wish for including tea/coffee. It's a no frills sort of place. It is clean, welcoming and offers friendly efficient service. We'll be back
