Things to do in Maryborough
Dropped in here for a bite on our way home , place looked interesting , a mix of bikes & brews , with a cafe thrown in for good measure. The Chef there is relatively new to it full time , and is planning to revamp the current menu to be a little more extensive. We chose 2 KTM burgers , a wide range of good ingredients in it , including grilled pineapple , 2 bacon rashers , cheese , tomato , pickles & meat patty , on a milk bun.All washed down with a beer & soft drink , yeah , I was driving !Prices were very reasonable , service was swift and friendly. The burgers were very good , I'm not convinced pineapple needs to be in a burger , but it still tasted very good. Will be back to try the new menu items. The seating area inside is part of the showroom , with an array of KTM bikes & an old Norton ( one like my bro had , back in the day ). The work shop had a number of bikes outside , including a couple of off the wall Goldwings !Interesting place !
Little Monkeys is a huge safe indoor play centre in Maryborough for infants to 12 year olds. Parties are a specialty and there is a separate under 5yrs area. There are great meals and snacks available and quality Queensland roasted Di Bella coffee.
Great for parents to catch up over coffee whilst kids are playing. However extremely noisy and seating basic. Food adequate but more healthy alternatives would be great. Games area fairly pricey. During school holidays it would be perfect if there was a supervising adult with kids in games area to give parents a break at times. Better comfortable seating for adults would make experience more enjoyable. Otherwise a good spot to entertain kids especially on a rainy day.Counter service is excellent. Â
Just had time for a sandwhich and coffee as we were running late. Service good and sand which was good coffee great. They helped us out well done by all and most important of all we were on time to pick up our grandchildren.

Staff were friendly and fast.Great alternative to fuel stop greasy foodFOODFresh sandwich tasted okay Butter chicken with brown riceSuchiNo freshly made sandwiches, just prepackaged that can be fresh or toasted which was disappointing.CLEANInside was clean and tidy.
We also stumbled upon this place. Great setting overlooking the river. Nice old building. Unexpected very enjoyable tex mex menu (with some local additions) that was reasonably priced. The lime in the fajita sauce is a master stroke. Carl the owner was very much present, charming and larger than life. Hope to return soon.
We are Grey Nomads who travel around Australia for 8 months per year. We have not found a better pie in Australia. It is a big call but true. My wife says they make the best salad sandwiches but I can not go past their pies. They also make great cakes and pasteries. The coffee here is also very very good. This place is mianly known by locals who come back time after time. Do yourself a favour and buy your next takeaway here.

A modern day Café that serves great food in the CBD of Maryborough. We would love for everyone to be given great service and great food
My mother and I called in for afternoon tea. Coffee was excellent. We deciding to try it again the next day for breakfast and were very happy with the coffee, the meal and the service. Thankyou very much
Top notch home style cooked breakfast with crispy bacon as good as home made. Son said his thick shake was the best ever. Proper milk shakes and thick shakes in the metal cups. Proper iced chocolate in glass with whipped cream. Fantastic find.

Have a break take lunch on the wharf in Maryborough. History is at your finger tips but this goes well with the menu. Some interesting choices can be made to enhance your palette. I am sure you will not be disappointed. Our choices included a delightful chowder and a wonderful hamburger.

Great venue for breakfast, lunch or just coffee. Can't fault Emma's service on tables and friendly demeanour, very accomodating with random changes to the menu. Excellent location overlooking the Mary River. Been here three times now and have not been disappointed. Well worth a visit.
