Purveyors of fine pies, mash and gravy. Welcoming and comfortable surroundings, excellent customer service.
Called for warm drinks on a cold day, we went to order and the owner told us, we would have to leave if we were not having lunch, there was plenty of empty tables, we stood up in shock, as she walked to the door, holding it open escorting us out... we will not be visiting againHi just to remind you what actually happened:It was lunch time and a market day (our busiest day) I had three other tables in and I just said I can get you coffee but if I get busy with meals, I may need your table, as we are a restaurant not a coffee shop. You said you would go somewhere else.I kindly held the door for you as you had shopping. I didnât mean for you to feel escorted of the premises. Oh dear

Millie May's has the potential to be great and the food is of good quality if unexciting. A chicken salad sandwich for £4.95 was good value and came with plenty of salad when it eventually arrived. What was lacking were any herbs and seasoning that would have lifted the basic to the exceptional. Service was pleasant if slow but what is not good is the non acceptance of cards. I don't expect to have to find a cash machine just to eat here.OK for a good value sandwich or similar if you carry cash. Not much help for those of us who don't.

Reasonable prices, nice atmosphere. Some vege options (menu on their website), access is up stairs from inside Cooplands, and there is a step between the seating area and till area of the cafe. It does not get too loud or busy even at lunch time, and there is music playing quietly in the background.

The premises appear to be clean and the counter service is reasonable. Be prepared, however, to wait a considerable time for your meal to reach your table. The food and beverages are of average quality, but they are served at above-average prices. This cafe is handy for the market, but then so are this establishment's less expensive competitors.

Called in for a lunch time visit. Husband and i both had tuna and cheese paninis and they were very tasty. They came with salad and crisps but we ordered chips and wedges and enjoyed these also. We make the very best Gelato in Lincolnshire, what more can be said. The literal translation of the Italian word âGelatoâ is âIce-creamâ. This creates a lot of confusion and misunderstanding. While both are frozen dairy products on cones, the similarities
Visited for the first time last week in the middle of the heat wave. I was pleased to find all but 1 of the flavours were gluten free. I went for chocolate and vanilla - absolutely delicious! We sat inside to eat and it was very clean, comfortable and air conditioned. We'll be back soon to try more!
