Whilst I've been working away in Liverpool I've been looking for cafes/restaurants that do good quality food for a reasonable price and I'm happy to say that I can add 'On the Pallet' to that list. I called in here for a breakfast and opted for the smaller option of their cooked breakfast at £4.95. It came out well presented, well cooked, and it was good to see that they use good quality produce for their ingredients. The portions were very generous too! Service was good and it's a beautiful, little cafe with a little character to it as well. Would recommend!

Bistro and Bar on Smithdown Road, serving brunch, lunch, and dinner everyday. Owned and run by a bunch of food, coffee, cocktail, and wine nerds.
If youâre from lpool you get that unlike the foodie places you read about in the papers liverpool, has any amount of really fabulous places to eat, cheap, unfussy and just amazing. Itâs like the big secret we donât want to share, god forbid weâd have to queue for a table or pre book at the weekend. Oh and the waiter serving the drinks better know about amazing cocktails. Yep the places in the city centre may do a very good job, but for Christâs sake ask the locals. We know where itâs at. And Belzan, knocks it out of the park. Stop wasting your time in good, average places. Get there! David the drinks guide will whip up a storm.

VOLPI is inspired by a beautiful cafe in a nameless town, perched on the coast in the long shadow of Mont Blanc. Coffee | Aperitivo | breakfast | lunch | dinner | wine | music | people | good times
Saw some excellent reviews on TA and went there for breakfast. A warm friendly welcome. The coffee was absolutely top notch. The breakfast menu choice was quite small, but we prefer this. All cooked to order with real care. Delicious BLT and mushrooms on sourdough toast. Could not recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed....

A must for breakfast. Brilliant porridge and excellent choices for cooked breakfast as well. Worth going just for the coffee alone. Staff can't do enough for you as well.

100% vegan cafe in Woolton Village, Liverpool. (Hopefully) showing everyone that vegan food is NORMAL, and also very nice!!!
We came here for a change and to experience a new cafe, after reading some great reviews. We weren't disappointed. This is a great relaxing place to come. The atmosphere is chilled, the staff are very friendly and attentive, the service is great. And the food on offer is fantastic, from breakfasts, through hot dogs and burgers, to more healthy salad bowls, and a fine range of glorious cakes to finish off with. The price of this food is great value, and you can also donate your change to help give food and drink to a homeless person. Ethical, family run, great home cooking, relaxing place to be - there's a lot to attract you to this venue. And after - there are many other reasons to come here. The Woolton Cinema is an experience in itself if you've never been there, Eleanor Rigby's grave is around the back, Woolton Woods are nearby, and many other things to do and see.So take a moment to look a bit further out of town, it's well worth the effort!

We are a Coffee Shop based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. We pride ourselves on using as many local suppliers as possible.
Really nice little cafe, family run and I mean the people working there are all family. Simple menu but well done with warmth and what we might call "Liverpool charm" and I mean down to earth, friendly and relaxed. Easy to become a regular here :-)

Cosy little corner of Lark Lane, Liverpool. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and a top notch menu of lovely British food.
Have visited here four times now. Every time amazing food . Can recommend the vegetarian sausages the waffles and the sharing platter. They have food to suit all pallets and go out of their way to make sure all is suitable for every diet or those with lactose or gluten special . We went in for lunch today great service and the platter was lovely. They have a wide menu and vegan and vegetarian options. A wide range of cakes and milkshakes . Looking forward to next visit to try more off the menu. Staff are very friendly and happy to help . Great little gem on lark lane . Definitely worth a visit.

Carlisi; a modern, Italian-fusion concept bar in Liverpoolâs administrative and finance district. Carlisi provideâs visitors with authentic and bold Italian flavour. Delivered fashionably with all the style and panache you associate with Italy.
Met my friend for a coffee, the place itself reminds me of typical Italian Cafe, warming and pleasant. Served by a polite person and didnât wait long for my Americano(hot) prices are cheaper than some Italian cafes, but beer/wine always seem to be a bit on the high side. I enjoyed my visit, and will definitely call in again.
