Come to Petersfield and us 3 had to stop for a nice lunch . Always greeted when we walk in and got a nice table near the window . We ordered drinks and a lovely childrenâs cowboy meal and 2 brunches with beans . Well cooked and satisfied. Thanks guys always a pleasure
Alexandra's kitchen is a farm based cafe that serves excellent locally produced food from local suppliers. They also sell a wide variety of frozen home made meals to take away too! The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is excellent quality. There is outside seating and a free car park. WiFi is also available. Just across the car park is a farm shop where one can purchase fresh vegetables and all of the usual 'farm shop foods'.

It was good to find a tea room fronting the central car park. There was nowhere to park on the main street for other tea rooms. Lovely coffee and presentation and good value too. I would recommend this place.

Although I have visited the Chocolate Frog several times ,it was the first time I had been for an afternoon tea. There were 13 of us celebrating the 90th birthday of family twins. There were plenty of sandwiches ,beautiful warm scones ,cream and jam plus a choice of small cakes .In addition the tea was served in lovely china teapots, and attractive china plates. The staff were very attentive, making sure we had a good supply of tea and were quite happy to provide bags for uneaten sandwiches and cakes. There was more than enough to eat .

Great cup of Early Grey Tea - real leaf tea with tea strainer - no tea bags. Lovely. Thank you. Dogs welcome outside which is nice and wheelchair access outside and inside too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch, today, after a gentle stroll round the shops in the sunshine. Our choices of food were scrambled egg/smoked salmon & eggs benedict both served on a muffin to perfection. We both had a cup of coffee, with the meal, & left feeling like we'd eaten a feast. Family run with excellent service, at competitive prices, we would recommend this restaurant to anybody. Thanks to the staff for making our meal so tasty & looking forward to the next time. All the best.

An informal meeting place serving great food, with a private restaurant above - craft & local beers & friends, garden to rear, dog friendly & children very welcome, private meeting & function rooms available.
We happened upon this restaurant today 15/7/19 whilst looking for somewhere dog friendly. So pleased we found nothing before this, what a find! We eat out a lot and in some very good restaurants. This was excellent. We had a starter and main and both were very good, staff were very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend

We had a lovely healthy lunch here in the quirky stylish old chemist decor.Great portion size and love the fact you can select three (or six) unique healthy options of salads to go with your main.Lots of other options were available plus some specials on the day. Also a great selection of cakes, plus a big range of teas.So nice to visit an independent run restaurant like this, the owner seemed genuinely passionate about her offerings.Friendly staff and great service, we will return.
