I had a curry for lunch, vegetarian one with chickpeas. I was asked how spicy I wanted it and it was delicious. It was served with a bowl of rice, a flat bread and a few other dips really tasty and full of flavors. I really enjoyed it and the coffee was good and the waitress friendly

We are very fortunate to have a supermarket/cafe like this on our doorstep in Tasmania. What an incredible supermarket to shop in. A bit like Waitrose in England. Certainly not your standard IGA store in Tasmania. Upon walking through the door the stunning fresh flowers and gifts are begging you to come look and buy. It's the kind of store you go into for 1 item and come out with lots. It is very tempting to stop off for a quick coffee after shopping.

Not a bad little restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient. Was just a bit disappointed by the limited lunch menu.Basically fish and chips, a burger or two and Toasted foccasias or salad. Thank goodness they do all day breakfast as well. What we had was ok. Wife had the Fish and chips with salad. Fish nice, chips were seasoned so tasty and well cooked but the salad was mostly just leaves with balsamic vinegar...My Grizzly (a big breakfast) was pretty good too.Tried a Tumeric Latte, it tasted "healthy" but an acquired taste I think! Was a good but not great experience.

Absolute water views with fresh home made food at very affordable prices. We have a kids play room with a TV and a full 18 hole mini golf course for the teens, while mum and dad sit back and relax with a beer, wine or coffee.
Does not look too promising as you approach the café as you pass a number of large storage tanks. However, the café is actually located away from the tanks, and has very pleasant river views. The café is otherwise fairly standard, with decent bacon and eggs (lots of bacon) and good coffee.Overall the Waterfront Café is above average and worth a visit if you are in Devonport and need brekky. Parking is right outside, and plenty of it.

My partner and I stopped in here for some lunch. Heaps of yummy things to chose from on the menu. We had trouble deciding. I had the Fried Chicken Burger and my partner had a quinoa chickpea falafel. See phots attached. My partner loved her meal. Regarding my burger, I wish it was just one piece of fried chicken fillet instead of 3 chicken strips. Still tasted good.
Banjo's Bakery Café is a bakery café with a difference. We combine freshly baked breads, sweets, savouries, pies & pastries with quality espresso in a dine-in café environment. We really do have something for everyone!
Came here with 3 other people. I had the Scallop Pie. It was nice except it lacked seasoning really badly. Someone else in our group bought a scone and I went to get them a knife. Took me 4 goes before I got one that was clean. The other 3 had food still stuck to the end of the knife. Was disgusting. Everything else was fine but canât get past dirty cutlery.

i had lunch at this little restaurant last week. we were attended to quickly even though the restaurant was busy. the coffee was lovely not bitter at all and the bacon and eggs i ordered were well cooked and the portion generous. I had dessert as well. i was pleasantly surprised when paying the bill to find that the whole meal was under 30 dollars. a restaurant well worth trying if you are in Latrobe.

This would have to be the best bakery around Devonport Latrobe area. Pastries are wonderfully satisfying , coffee hits the spot and the sweets look all time . I don't go much on cakes but I did try the apple cake and it was amazing , the icing not too sweet , just a perfect cake really . go there if you love a good bakery
