Back to the golden bite cafe for our weekly visit. Ordered our usual fish tea and big boy breakfast. Food served to perfection as usual and staff as friendly as ever. We travel from Dunfermline every week and there isn't a better cafe around. Cheap prices and great quality food.

Friendly, cherey service. They have special offers, different for every day, to save you money but I had a craving for egg, sausage, bacon and nothing else.My wife wanted a bacon roll, and we both washed it down with a cup of tea.Good, tasty, freshly-made simple food in a clean environment at a decent price with a smile.

Visited here for lunch whilst on a course. Very friendly and helpful owner/staff. Great vegetarian and vegan offerings, including turmeric and match lattes which can be done with a selection of non dairy "milk" - very good. . Can recommend the Mediterranean frittata.Small venue but very popular. The cakes looked great but no room after eating mains. On residential road. Parking outside.

Cheerful friendly table service and decent food.Recently refurbished, the cafe is very inviting.Been here a couple of times, but special offer when we visited today was 2 hot rolls for £3, making a bacon roll and sausage roll with 2 individual pots of tea £6.Decent menu offers healthy dishes such as chicken Caesar salad with crumbled bacon and a poached egg for £7.50.Well worth visiting a few times to try a bit more of the menu.

Three of us visited Serendipi Tea for lunch today. Until I saw it on TripAdvisor I had no idea that this place existed. The reviews were all excellent and we certainly were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly, the food was good and very reasonably priced. My wife and daughter also thought that the gift shop, within the tearoom, was excellent and the goods also reasonably priced. We will be back. It was certainly worth coming off the by-pass to go through Thornton.
