Reviews on Cafe food in Jerusalem, Jerusalem District, Israel. Religious pilgrims have been traveling to Jerusalem for centuries, yet you don’t have to share their zeal in order to appreciate this city’s profound cultural and historical significance. Plan on seeing the major sights, but also leave plenty of time to walk through the streets and simply immerse yourself in the daily life of such an ancient and revered place.

The Khan Restaurant, located on the Lobby of the beautiful Orient Hotel, provides a relaxing atmosphere alongside a first class Kosher dairy meal in the heart of Jerusalem. The focal point of the restaurant is it's bar, which serves premium cocktails desi
The food was delicious, the atmosphere pleasant, and the service perfect! If you want to have a relaxing and elegant dinner with your better half, look no further.Hi Emmanuel,Thank you so much for your review of The Khan. We believe that a restaurant is not just a meal, but an experience in and of itself, and it sounds as though you (and as you say, "your better half") had a phenomenal experience in your time with us. We would love to see you again soon! The Khan Team

Hip cafe in the center of Jerusalem, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Uses fresh ingredients for inspired vegetarian food. Has sandwiches, soups, salads, hot dishes and the best coffee in town. Open 7 days a week!
This is my favorite spot in the city. They're completely vegetarian and have tons of great vegan options (including desserts and hot chocolate), and also probably the best coffee I've ever had. The place is very LGBTQ friendly and also very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend visiting!Thank yo uso much for you great review. It is always a pleasure to see you again.Cheers,Haggai

Nice and cosy dairy restaurant in the heart f Rehavia, Jerusalem. Breakfasts, pastas, cheese platters, salads... Healthy and fresh kitchen. Kosher lamehadrin.
Although the name of the restaurant is a bit unusual, itâs an expression in Aramaic from the Talmud meaning « it appears that...» or « it turns out that... » or in French « il sâavère que... ». Well, « it turns out that » we were extremely surprised by the excellent dishes from the salads, pastas (even gluten-free), sandwiches, draft Israeli boutique beer, and above all the super delicious crème brûlée. The personal service also « turned out to be » surprisingly fantastic as compared to typical Israeli restaurant where this taken for granted commodity in Europe or in Northern America is not often found. « It turns out that » this is probably one of the only restaurant in the area of Gaza street to be kosher. Thanks Armand! Hope to see you soon!

Place is special. Food is outstanding (typical in Israel.) very special menu. The crispy eggs w hollandaise are insane. They grow a lot of their own organic veggies. Really worth the trip from Jerusalem or Tel Aviv.

Nadi is Located on the street level of an old building on a pedestrian street across the way from our hotel. We only had an opportunity to eat here once.We would have liked to eat outside but they were so busy, we were glad to get a table inside. My sister ordered a sun dried tomato with roasted eggplant cheese toast sandwich with a side of fresh cut vegetables and she said it was very good. I had lox and cream cheese with lettuce and onion on a big roll. It also came with a side of fresh cut vegetables. I am only giving them a three star rating because my sandwich was all bread - there was a very stingy amount of lox. All I tasted was bread and lettuce. As there are great reviews on Nadi and it was always crowded when we walked by and my sister and friend did like their meals, I would definitely give them another try next time Iâm in Jerusalem.

Not easy to find, once you rise some steps you enter in a different dimension. The place is something between an old cafe, a bookshop, an country restaurant. Food is simple but good. Service nice and make you feel like at home.

Obviously not much is open in Jerusalem on a Saturday. This cafe was a gem to find - open early for coffee on Saturday morning, we got take away at 8am and then went back mid-morning for another coffee. Tables outside, friendly staff, lovely coffee and delicious sounding food (breakfasts, salads, sandwiches), plus fresh juices and smoothies.

My father and I loved this place so much that we had coffee and/or breakfast here practically every morning we were in Jerusalem. Their shakshukaâs were amazing, the pastry options absolutely delicious, and the coffee was divine. Service was great with a friendly server who remembered us each morning. There is comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Inside, the second floor has a nice view.

Nocturno is a homey coffee house, popular with Betzalel art students and other creatives. Nocturno is not far from the bustle of Ben Yehuda Street and Mahne Yehuda market, but feels far more local and authentic. It was one of Jerusalem's first espresso ba
Our last dinner in Israel was here with friends. It was up two pedestrian streets from our hotel, The Montefiore. It was a Saturday night after Shabbat but we didnât have to wait too long for a table. I had a toasted croissant with cream cheese, Gouda cheese, tomatoes and onion. My friends shared a sweet potato, spinach and broccoli quiche with cheese and vegetables and my sister had a salad of sautéed mushrooms in lettuce and mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and goat cheese with a vinaigrette dressing. We all tasted each otherâs food and everything was very good. If it was the afternoon, it would have been nice to sit outside. I would come here again on my next visit to Jerusalem.Thank you for this nice review! We will be happy to see you again :)

We loved eating here. The food was delicious. We had the Brunch, Israeli Brunch and chocolate crepe. The brunch meal comes with eggs done to perfection, delicious fresh baguette bread, choice of croissant (melt in your mouth!) etc. We tucked our eggs into the croissant and it was scrumptious!! The owners are French and their product is authentically fantastically French. The restaurant is also situated just off the quaint Kikar hamusica street (with all the small umbrellas overhead). The seating is in an outside courtyard shared with other restaurants. There is a stage where musicians play live music. Such a great vibe and peaceful place to have a meal. Would definitely come again!
