Machine Laundry Cafe is so highly rated on Tripadvisor however from my experience, it's not somewhere I would return to.The Cafe is indeed very cool, retro and funky. And yes, there really is a Laundry inside the cafe. However the cafe smells of stale, old cooking fat which made me feel ill. Sit outside to avoid this. The coffee isn't outstanding. The service was very aloof and unsmiling on a Saturday at 3pm. Maybe they were exhausted from the Salamanca Market crowds?I couldn't wait to get out of there.

This is a very small and very casual place. I nearly passe it by. But we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and fast service. The food was delicious and tasty. We sure will return should we ever again be in the neighbourhood.

Salamanca Wharf Cafe features an all day breakfast menu, along with lunch, sweets and many delicious take away options.
As a table of 5 we arrived and the menu read well...thatâs where the good experience ended.... after a long wait to order and an even longer wait to get the food... some 55minutes later we were served hard and over cooked eggs, undercooked bacon, cold hollandaise. Not too mention arriving before other tables and getting served after....Something went drastically wrong... unfortunately we wonât be back. We're really sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience.Unfortunately we had a way higher demand that day than was expected and were understaffed with a large number of big group bookings at the same time which can be hard to keep in check with a small kitchen. If you'd like to come back and give us another chance we'd be more than happy to offer you your meal on the house.

I have to say we are now regular visitors travelling over 30kms for breakfast. Superb coffee and fantastic breakfast meals that are not only generous but are fantastically presented and beautiful tasting. Staff are friendly and efficient. Very highly recommended. I cannot think of anywhere that I have had a better breakfast. Would recommend booking as it can be pretty busy.

We had brunch here on the recommendation of the lady who owns the air bnb we stayed in. Stunning food in such a friendly, warm and cosy environment. The special mushroom tartlet was amazing and my partner loved the paprika baked beans. Great coffee. 100% recommend.

Bakers Of bread, Viennoiserie, cakes, patisserie & provisions. Full breakfasts, morning and afternoon tea, & lunch are offered in a bustling environment with professional service. Takeaways available, and child friendly.
Very good pit stop for lunch. Pleasant decor, very good service, no music and choice of eating inside or out. Close to waterfront. Parking possible, good loos. Proprietors will no doubt relish the end of the building work going on opposite. Unattractive but not obtrusive. This was our second visit after some years and we will happily go next time for a third and fourth.....etc

Came here for a latte and soup after spotting it whilst walking by. Coffee was too strong for me but staff were obliging and provided extra hot milk on request which made it a really good latte. Soup..spicy sweet potato, chilli and coriander was very tasty but quite spicy as stated, which I like. Accompanying sour dough toast was excellent. It was very busy with people of all ages and walks of life. Staff were very welcoming.

Small breakfast spot with one chef under the pump with the whole restaurant watching. Plate after plate of delicious food was being delivered, and while there is a bit of wait (to be expected), it certainly delivered on expectations. I had the pudding while my partner had the tartine, both delicious. Highly recommend, just don't expect a quick in and out breakfast and coffee.

If there are 6-stars rating, I would definitely give it 6 stars. (I typically give reviews 4-stars; and 5-stars if they are truly good.) But Still Thai is simply a 6-star rating restaurant. Good service, EXCELLENT food presentation, and truly truly authentic Thai food. I absolutely recommend this place for your meals. Be amazed at how creative they are in their food presentation (e.g. entrees and ice creams). (see my photos attached).Go for it!!
