Another Degani's another good meal and coffee. These cafes are spread all around Melbourne and they consistently offer good food and coffee. It's worth trying a few different things on the menu but have to say the coffee was good.Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Plenty of parking. Caters for dietaries.
Rachael - the owner operator of our favourite coffee and tea spot in Healesville, called the Blackspur Cafe, which is located within the Blackspur Garden Nursery in Healesville- is always friendly, polite and welcoming. We have stopped by there often to enjoy her sumptuous home made cakes, devonshire scones, jams and delicious coffees. Her charming little cafe is usually busy but we always find a seat to look out on the beautiful garden nursery that this cafe is located in. Her food is always delicious, served warm with a coffee- always just perfect. She serves pots of tea in delightful antique teapots and goes out of her way to make the diner feel welcome and comfortable. These snacks are not expensive but make a morning wandering around the nursery even more pleasurable. It has become our first port of call whenever driving through the Yarra Valley and we highly recommend it..
My Little Kitchen offers a light and bright dining experience in the heart of Healesville. The interior is air conditioned with a fresh, fun atmosphere and there is also a large undercover courtyard at the back of the venue. The extensive breakfast, brunc
18 hours agoGreat coffee, great service, amazing food. Very understated little place, you'd probably miss it unless you were looking for it, and you definitely should look for it!

We weren't looking for a gourmet experience or to spend a small fortune. We were also looking for somewhere that we were likely to be served reasonably quickly. On a Sunday, some of the bigger places were crazy-busy. This place stood out for us because it was relatively quiet, the menu was interesting enough (not just a burger joint) and the prices were quite reasonable. I had a toasted focaccia & OH had a nice roast vege salad. Both were very good & just what we were looking for.

First time here - attracted by Tripadvisor reviews. It has a real Italian feel and the pizzas on special were very good as was the wine list and coffee. Certainly would go again for the food. The service was less wonderful and was more focused on regulars and themselves. A fair bit of work to do there.

Had a delicious lunch here with friends which included 3 hungry teenagers. We had Rabbit and Vegetable Pie which had a nice flavour to it and veggies were soft and pastry just right, chicken parmagiana which was huge and you could tell they crumbed it themselves, salmon patties which were tasty and had fresh salmon flakes in it, Waygu Beef Burger which was divine and lastly ham, tomato and Brie quiche which got the thumbs up too. Only thing which let down a higher score was we werenât told there would possibly be bones in the Rabbit Pie and the chips were oily. Service was ok! All in all we would definately go back

Totally unassuming, this cafes exterior hides the heart infused, nourishing offerings to be found within. Yes, it's sort of like old school US diner vibe meets small town simple cafe - in looks - but it is very clean, genuine and totally yummo big time. The people that manage this cafe are friendly, welcoming and real. You can feel the LOVE they put into the simple, honest menu. The menu is packed with flavoursome and world class healthy fare for sure.Did someone already say "hidden gem". It is for sure!

In all honesty I thought the dishes were small and overpriced. Ive been here a few times with friends and I've always had to fill up at the bakery afterwards. The service was friendly and the quality of the food was OK. Although while eating it I thought that it was basic food that could equally be cooked at home. It didn't feel like I was dining out at all. The presentation of the food was quite good - but again - PRICEWISE - too expensive and the size of the actual food on the plate was small. A main felt like entre size and an entre felt like tapas. I'm sorry and I know you might disagree - but we are paying money and we expect just that little bit more. Yes, times are tight.... but so are times tight for customers so why pay more? That's where I, as a customer, draw the line. I would have given this the thumbs up but I can't. Either reduce the prices or increase the food.Hi Tony, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit. We understand that our customers are very price conscious and with this in mind we find that our prices are well in line with other cafes in the area.As I canât comment on what you had as it was never mentioned, we ourselves know through our daily interaction with our guest that our meals are quite substantial and price worthy. It is worth mentioning that our menu displays items for breakfast and lunches so therefore itâs a little confusing as to see where you may have seen the entree displayed! Perhaps the next time your in with us and find that the dishes are inadequate it might be worth mentioning it to us at the counter so that we can best look after you in person. Best regards Cherry tree cafe!

We dropped in for lunch halfway through our Yarra Valley Winery tour. The restaurant recommended by our tour guide was absolutely chockers, so remembered the reviews that weâd read on this one and decided to try it. Very pleased we did. They were busy (Healesville was slammed) but we managed to get an outside table. Our lunch was delightful, the service rapid and friendly. Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately as we had several wineries still to visit) we were unable to enjoy a glass with our meal. There was a line painted on the pavement, and apparently past that line you couldnât have alcohol (council rule). Seemed weird, if you sat any closer to the restaurant you would have been in the way of passers by. Staff offered to find us a table inside, but we were enjoying the sunshine and the buzz so had coffee instead - very good. Have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Family owned and run. Everything home made and healthy. Allergy and vegan friendly. Great for kids. Local beer and cider. Seasonal menu with local, ethically sourced produce.
Was good food asked for a chai latte and they gave me a chai tea and acted like it was the right thing even though I asked when they brought it over as well, made and feel uncomfortable to have to ask to change it. Also no option of almond milk is disappointing. Overall the food was ok
