Only been here once but the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was reasonably priced and tasty.Whether you eat before or after doing your shopping or just pop in for lunch I'd heartily recommend you give it a try
I do like the breakfasts here . A great english cafe serving quality ingredients no cutting corners with cheap sausages or imitation tomato ketchup like alot of cafes in the area. Id Definatly recommend this cafe to everyone. They have a good range of food on the menu and the staff are always welcoming.

I have to say that I am a fan of Morrisons breakfasts, particularly their Small Breakfast (previously called Little Breakfast), and today at their Grays store cafe it was simply superb and incredible value. If you've never eaten in a Morrisons cafe, you are missing out, so give it a go; you won't be disappointed.

Not the best cafe in the world but far from the worst! Reasonable prices with decent food, very Eastern European in the staffing and set up which is reflected in the poor sausages but more than compensated for by fantastic coffee. I would go back.

Next door to Marks and Spencer's Lakeside.
What an awful place. We stopped by here today for an all day breakfast at 11.30am. The staff who took the order had had a personality transplant - not a smile in sight - not a simple hello or how can i help you. Placed our order and was told to go round the back to collect our drinks. Again not a smile in sight - asked where we got the milk from for the tea and was told we should have got from the unhelpful guy who took our order. Anyway got given a numbered order finder - got confused as the tables also have numbers and you have to put your order finder on the number. I asked a really nice guy called Samuel if i had to sit at the same able as the number on the order finder and he was really helpful and said it didn't matter and that they would find us. Well then the breakfast came up - 2 cold poached eggs, bacon cooked within a inch of its life, don't know how they can call the smallest halves of a slice of bread a whole slice as they didn't even match up. The mushrooms were loaded with garlic - really, for a breakfast???The only good thing was 2 delicious cherry tomatoes. All for nearly £8 each (without the teas) so £20+ for two people. Guys please give this place a miss it is horrible, depressing, over priced and i would rather have had a Maccy D breakfast than this mess. The only ray of sunshine was Samuel who came straight over when we had finished and asked if he could clear our table. He was polite, friendly and helpful - the only asset to the team! Everyone needs to be trained in customer service by him!

Visited here as I just had a craving for a doughnut and you can't get better than the best right. I normally opt for the Strawberries and Kreme but I had the Cookie Dough and my fiancée had the Chocolate Brownie Doughnut. Both were delicious so enough said. You get what you pay for right. I had the Caramel shake for £3.25 (expensive but on so worth it). Service and cleanliness was also top notch.Say no more about the kiosk. Will I return? Yes. Will I stick to my favourite doughnut or twist? Twist although the temptation of Strawberries and Kreme will always pull me back into its sweet, sticky embrace....... yumyum.

Small cafe located on a busy road so parking is a problem. Premises are rather run down but the tables were clean, and they were cleared promptly. The breakfast was freshly cooked, tasty, with very generous proportions - the best fried bread I have had in a long time. Large mug of tea and very thick bread and butter were served promptly.

Thought we'd try this, as a lot of people raved to me about it, and it was very good, outsides tables, if you wish to sit there, but a lot of traffic, so preferred indoors, staff were very friendly and helpful, we both had a breakfast, which was of good quality and value for money, will definetly return
