As it was raining so hard on our visit to Faversham we popped in here for a coffee. It is very clean and was quite busy. Whilst there we looked at the menu there are quite a of breakfast variations, the pictures all looked nice, as it was a Sunday there was roast beef, chicken and lamb with roast potatoes and 3 veg to choose from. We went for the cod and chips and plaice and chips. Both came with peas and salad, quite a plate full for the price which was reasonable.Very good value for money and very nice.

We visited this place for a drink and snack. the building is a type of outbuilding/ conservatory situated at the rear of the shop area. We ordered I x cake. I x cappuccino and I x hot chocolate. Unfortunately I had to send the hot chocolate back as it had hardly any taste. It was without query sorted for us. The service was good. The drink prices were far higher than any other similar establishment we have visited in faversham

My husband and I had a lovely lunch (Spanish chorizo/chicken stew) and cup of coffee/chai latte this afternoon at Jittermugs, a charming, sweet little cafe in the Faversham town centre. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would totally recommend it!!

I took my daughters here after a swim at the local pool.My darlings were after a âsandwichâ type lunch and my oldest daughter suggested Cosgroves as we walked past. She chose well!!I had a Mediterranean panini, my oldest had a mozzarella, tomato and pesto panini and my youngest had a plain cheese sandwich. Our meals came with a nice salad, and the girls had some lovely fresh fruit smoothies. The food was all really good and all of the staff were welcoming, polite and smiley. We shall definitely go again! Homemade, foodie hideaway in a tranquil historic faversham mews. Café/bistro serving fresh, local & seasonal food. Community, arts & music centric.
The Yard is a lovely little establishment tucked down a tiny side alley of Preston St in Faversham. Don't be fooled by the small entrance, it opens into a cozy dining area with an eclectic choice of vintage style seating. I love getting a seat in one of the 2 armchairs that flank the fireplace or on a sunny day I'll take a table in the adjacent garden area. Coffee, tea and cidars are among the drink choices and the food is a wonderful selection of salads and sandwiches that are sure to please. I love the salad with warm brie, apples, and walnuts and a toasted piece of crusty bread at the bottom that I pair with a fruity Kentish cider. There is also a nice selection of desserts. I've been there several times with friends and my boyfriend who lives in the UK and it's one of out favorite lunch spots. I'm sure you'll agree with me.
