Had meal in Sweet n Green with some friends one evening. Menu choice nicely varied with something to suit all our tastes. Service was excellent and made us feel we were the only ones there even though it was quite busy with several full tables. Time between courses was just right and we left the restaurant feeling very satisfied. Frank and Siobhain were excellent hosts all through. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

We have eaten twice here recently. Both visits were excellent. The service is top class and very quick. We had a chicken wrap and a goats cheese salad. Seriously the best salad I've ever had- presentation was unbelievable. Well done! Couldn't recommend it enough.

Overall fairly good quality casual food, tasty breakfast and good specials . Always busy, staff pretty good, although hard to get their attention once you have got your food. Seating needs a revamp, looking worn in parts . A bit of complacency setting in. Worth a try however.

We stayed at the Old Ground and were walking around looking for a restaurant for lunch. We noticed the outside tables and the happy crowd and sat at a table. The young lady who gave us the menu was so friendly and explained items on the menu. We were blown away with the food. Honestly it was the best food we had in Ireland. We highly recommend Ennis Goumet Store and Bistro.

The food is outstanding and the service is perfect. I hope this lovely place does not expand and lose its present cosy, hands-on ambience. This is the real deal without any of the pretentiousness that is such an annoyance in many âfine diningâ restaurants at the moment. No need: we have had several dinners here that rival any of the self-regarding and more widely acclaimed eateries around this increasingly foodie country. This is authentic Italian food prepared by people who know how.

"This is a tiny little tea shop, directly opposite the gates of Quin Abbey. The interior is very vintage. The village of Quin is about six miles from the town of Ennis, co. Clare. the tea rooms are right on the main street".
This was one of those 'do you fancy a cuppa?' moments. We had just finished looking at the Abbey ruins and fancied a cup of tea and something for lunch, so popped across the road for this delightful establishment. Welcomed and shown to seats with a view of the old abbey, tea served in minutes, with a ploughman's lunch and a wrap served a few moments later. The tea was piping hot in a proper china pot, with proper tea cups and saucers - thank you !!The food:Quality = Both Excellent;Quantity = Both Excellent.I've eaten many a ploughman's in my time, but this one ranks amongst the best. Fresh bread and butter, baked ham, superb cheddar cheese with balsamic vinegar or pickle to choose from alongside some very tasty greens AND a slice of warm homemade quiche. Mouthwateringly good. A very comfortable eating house with plenty to choose from. Thoroughly recommended.

I never would have thought you would have the customers for a Soup only restaurant/ coffee shop in Ennis but I was wrong. Thereâs always a few people here enjoying their healthy tasty soups. From plain vegetable to goulash thereâs something for everyone.

Rowan Tree Café Bar is in the most beautiful location overlooking the river Fergus in the centre of Ennis. Our building is one of the oldest in Ennis, a former Gentleman's Club built in 1740, steeped in history and character where our high ceilings, open
Had a good experience here when we visited Ennis. Sat out on the terrace overlooking the river Fergus with our dog and the staff were very good to serve us and to make sure we were not left waiting long even though they were very busy. The food was lovely, i had the pasta bolognaise and my partner had the fish and chips which he said was equally as good.

I visited Cafe Aroma with my daughter recently. She had the full Irish and I had my favourite,Eggs Benedict. The service was excellent, we were seated almost immediately and though it was busy we had our order taken within minutes of being seated. The staff were smiling and friendly, the service was excellent and the food was to die for. Highly recommend Cafe Aroma. Great food, great staff, great vibe.

Relaxed meal with excellent service. Six of us out for a special evening and very enjoyable. Starters were very decent portions, great variety to choose from and delicious. The entrees were equally impressive, with great flavours all âround. Desserts were mouth-watering and every dish was beautifully presented. We were very well looked after by our server, who was attentive without being intrusive and was great sport in taking photos, which weâll treasure with great memories of a wonderful night out! Would recommend to anyone. Good prices for great food. Will be back!
