A bit crowded difficult to get round. Service was reasonable. Toasted sandwiches good and ordinary sandwiches are generously filled. Served with a small side salad. Ran out of White Bloomer bread and it was only 1pm. Tea and coffee good though difficult to pour tea, hence a bit messy

Have been to The Cooper Gallery on numerous occasions but had never been to the café before.Visited at 1pm and it was very busy (the first day of the new Picasso exhibition) but managed to squeeze in without a wait. There was a good choice of hot and cold meals and snacks to choose from and I was even more pleasantly surprised at the price!! I had pie & peas and a cold drink all for less than a fiver! Wow! The portion size was just right and it was lovely and homemade. The quiche looked amazing but unfortunately it was sold out. I would love to try it next time.Very affordable and good quality. The staff were clearly rushed off their feet but still had the time to be very pleasant and friendly to everyone.Well done! I can't wait to return Thanks for the lovely review so pleased you enjoyed your lunch, the quiche is very popular hopefully there will be some left on your next visit, thanks once again and we look forward to seeing you soon

We always call here when we are shopping in Barnsley for a cafetiere of coffee and a large slice of cake! The cake is always so fresh and delicious, it's always a problem deciding which one to have. The staff are very friendly and prices very reasonable.

CoffeeApple Cafe has created a relaxed and quirky environment with a formal seated area and a more relaxing sofa filled room. There has been a strong emphasis on providing a family friendly place where children are welcome, encouraged and catered for. Cof
I popped in this little cafe on my way through Stocksbridge, as I fancied a coffee and cake.I the coffee was pretty standard, and the cake was alright, nothing amazing.I don't think I will be visiting again, nothing stood out to make me want to do so.Just ok really.

Once again visited this very nice little antique shop + cafe, enjoyed browsing the goods on displayed, whilst partaking of a coffee, the shop itâs self is a little Tardis, full to the brim with all sorts of things, free parking just across the road behind the chemists.

My friend and I booked an afternoon tea on a 2 for 1 offer during September. The selection of sandwiches and cakes were nicely presented on fine china and the unlimited cafetiere of freshly ground coffee was lovely. We were made to feel welcome and the owner was friendly and offered more drinks on several occasions. The selection of cakes and trifle were homemade and delicious although we were unable to finish them all. The remaining cakes were packed up and brought home.

Came for lunch and a wander around. Lots of parking. Busy in the cafe at lunch time. Managed to get a table and served quickly. Efficient and friendly and reasonably priced. Cappuccino wasn't the best and we had the Croquettes which were very tasty but one was slightly undercooked. I have been before and the food has always been good so maybe just a blip.

Me and a pal walk on a Wednesday morning and follow the walk with lunch somewhere near. We walked around Silkstone and Silkstone Common and saw Cafe Cocoa reviewed on Trip Advisor, so we gave it a try.I had my usual BEST and my pal had a bacon and egg sandwich. The cafe has a large menu with lots of variety of food. Everything was top class-the food, the surroundings and particularly the staff. We both thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.
