my wife and i regularly visit for coffee and the occasional meal. The service is brisk and efficient without being overly friendly. the food is always good and they don't skimp on portions. We keep going back so it must be pretty OK!

A lovely place to stop a while for a cuppa and date and orange scones, freshly baked from the oven. Fantastic service and freindly staff.

Not the most charismatic setting... we thought of an airport waiting lounge at first but if the food is great, it's all good... Unfortunately it was a bit ordinary and all over the place. Beef tartare... Dumplings... Tacos...lamb curry... the usual steak...All very edible but no surprise there. No competition whatsoever this side of the Waikato Expressway and downtown Cambridge is 6km away..!! I suppose it is convenient for the visitors to the retirement village and Care Home.

Nice atmosphere and the pie I had was tasty. The cafe really needs to improve on choices, especially because of the other cafe's it's competing with in Cambridge. There were a couple of chocolate muffins wrapped in gladwrap on the counter, for a Saturday morning you would expect lovely fresh muffins and scones... but there was slim pickings. Some of the slices and cakes looked really nice. This cafe has so much potential... Some improvements would make a big difference.

We took a Sunday Lunch group to this lovely venue last weekend. Group members have asked to return, which gives an indication of the great food & service we experienced. The views over the Waikato River were beautiful. Kate was extremely pleasant & easy to deal with when we were planning the trip.

Bright, clean airy gorgeous little cafe, fantastic smiles wonderful service. And to top it off the owners cute 7 year old brought my toast out, too cute. Coffees came out fast hot very strong with undertones of liquorice, creamy and smooth. I had a breakfast quiche, bacon and tomato it was delicious. Pastry crust beautiful and light. My advice, slow down take time out you will love this darling cafe as much as I did.

Cafe Irresistiblue is situated centrally in the Waikato only 10 minutes from Cambridge, 15 minutes from Te Awamutu and 25 minutes out of Hamilton. Just follow the brown road signs from the Cambridge-Te Awamutu Road. Cafe Irresistibue and orchard shop are
Well this was a let down. Staff were not overly excited to be there, no helpful, no one checked up to see how our meals were even when we were paying. The meals were average at best. The sourdough toast was so tough we could have done with steak knives. The kids couldnât eat their cheese toasties they were so tough, and the cheese wasnt even melted properly. Really gutted.

After hearing about this cafe and thinking we should try it sometime we decided to go for a late lunch on a recent Sunday. Fortunately we were just outside of the peak time, and arrived around 1:45pm - which enabled us to get a table, however we were lucky to even get a table then as it was very busy with most tables still being used.We were very happy with our meals, and the short time it took for them to be brought to the table. The staff were vigilant and brought us our pre-ordered coffees as soon as we had eaten - just like we had requested. Top marks for this great service! The cabinet has an amazing selection of cakes and slices etc, and we look forward to going back again to try something from there in the future!

This little cafe is a great place to eat. A varied blackboard menu and lovely cabinet food. I had the eggs Benedict with kumera mash and bacon. Oh my goodness it was delicious. The eggs were perfect and the bacon crispy. The decor is definitely 70âs with retro tables and chairs that donât match but what the heck, the food is great.
