Great pit stop before or after Snowdon. Cooked breakfast £6.25, jacket potatoes, pizza, burgers, one main cooked meal on the blackboard. Reasonable back bar and some decent wine (finally they have ditched the abominable Jack Rabbit). Hot drinks, cake, everything you could ask for in a mountain cafe.

We visited here for a family meal this evening when staying locally, having previously ate here as a (smaller) family just under 25 years ago.What a delightful place! Having pre-booked this afternoon, I have to say service was first-class, primarily from the friendly front-of-house owner/landlady and food options were reviewed favourably. I can place on record that the beer battered fish, chips and peas is an utterly delicious main course and fellow diners highly rated meals including lasagne, hot pot and salmon fish cakes, while a 3 year old thoroughly enjoyed breaded chicken strips, all sizeable portions vended at a fair price. The venue itself is lovely - a quaint, homely abode set within gorgeous North Wales rolling countryside and with views of mountains beyond Llanberis and fields of sheep slightly closer.All in all highly recommended for great friendly service and delicious food. As I said to the owners upon leaving, I hope we won't leave it 25 years until our next visit.

Entering the gift shop , you are greeted by an aroma of baking , coffee and other luscious smells . Freshly baked cakes each day tempt you into making over indulgent decisions - 1 slice of one ? or a slice of each flavour and tell yourself if it has fruit in it that it is one of your five a day ? ( eases my guilt ! ) Fresh coffee , sandwiches and the good old bacon bap . We sat outside and basked in the sun on a crisp day . Service is always with a smile , the owner is a lovely lady . I would urge anyone to try this place as you will return time and time again as we do . There is a fantastic beach /seaside gift shop too which is full of wonderful things . Thankyou very much for your kind words. I love what I do & I think it shows. Always happy to see customers old & new & hope always to have a bit of time to chat!

Cute little cafe that is very olde worlde style - old furniture, tea pots etc. Both of us had a lovely pot of tea each and cake. Only improvement to be made - Cake wasnât homemade and seating was a little cramped.

The kas bar is a great place to have breakfast, friendly atmosphere and staff.Food cooked and presented good. Would recommend a visit to anyone, and I'm a fussy bugger. We plan to go next weekend for a motorbike ride andfor breakfast 90 miles from where we live...we don't usually open on a Sunday for breakfast but if you are in area and need a feed call us on 07584605181 we would be happy to open our doors for you and your friends

Caffi ardderchog a'r cyfle i roi diod poeth i rywun arall heb drafferth.Great café for all ages. Excellent coffee at very reasonable price (much nicer than the chain coffee shops). Giving disadvantaged people an opportunity without compromising standards (or maybe that's why the standards are so high). Nice view across the Maes from the windows / outside seats. And there's even a "suspended coffee" scheme so you can pay for a coffee for someone who can't afford their own.

The staff here were friendly and efficient . We had a lovely lunch but sat inside as the weather was a bit drizzly . My ciabatta and my husbands baguette were nicely cooked and mine decorated with a small salad . The tea was very nice as well , we regretfully declined cake or dessert as we would stop again later . We enjoyed our lunch there .

Stopped by and shared a table with some locals who come frequently. Tried the ploughmanâs lunch since Iâve read about it often. Those ploughmen needed lots to eat, definitely more than I do! Nice serving of ham, several varieties of cheese, pickled onions, cole slaw and bread on the side. Quick, friendly service too.

Accommodated a group of 10 with a smile and outstanding service and great food :) I had pancakes with goats cheese, bacon, pine nuts and honey followed by millionaires shortbread sweet pancakes....flippin lovely.
