Cornish Coast Cafe had been recommended to us so we gave it a try.So glad we did, I had the Full English Breakfast which included 2 excellent Old Cornish Philip Warren sausages. The staff are friendly and professional there is also an excellent farm shop on the same site.We will definitely be going back.

We are staying in Bude and on researching places to have breakfast we decided to visit the Barge. Its location and vista looked amazing. The web site menu shows a mug of tea with breakfast for the price shown however when we arrived we were told that this was no longer so. I pointed out that it was on their web , they didnt seem bothered and there was no offer to honour this. The toast was all terrible and the breakfasts were luke warm with bits missing when they arrived. We will not be returning. I am not an outsider, I am Cornish born and bred and will not be recommending them.

We love the Widemouth Bay Cafe, especially for breakfast. The âBreakfast Stackâ is one of the most yummy things you can have for breakfast!!!! They have seating both inside and out, fast, friendly, fun staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Food quality was high and portion sizes generous. Along with reasonable prices, whatâs not to love.

Enjoy a relaxing Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner with family and friends in our cafe now under new ownership since MARCH 2017.
I visit this cafe at least once or twice a month and food is always excellent.Went into there this morning (Saturday 15th)for lunch and became the invisible couple.Waitress failed to take our order and stone walled us and served subsequent customers and even ignored us when we asked if she could take our order. After another 15 minutes waiting we exited and enjoyed a very tasty meal at the Olive Tree. This waitress needs to go on a customer focus course but to be fair she was unknown to us and it is not the normal high standard service we enjoy mid week.

We went there back in 2011 and although meant to go back, hadn't got round to it until this weekend. My score then was 3 stars - now 5 stars! My partner has a broken leg, and this place is convenient as you can park right outside. We chose a table outside as it was a nice sunny day and only wanted tea/coffee and a snack. We were quickly attended with a menu and I chose a bagel with bacon and cream cheese and a coffee. The bagel I expected was just that - but when it arrived it came complete with a basket of chips and a side salad - far more than I wanted or expected for the price. And it was lovely! So, the service was efficient, the food and drinks were fine and the location (at the top of the high street) is good. And for the money, it is excellent - what more do you wanrt?

Purely stumbled across this little gem, very unassuming, though bursting with great food and drinks. With some very attentive service to boot.Best cup of coffee Iâve had in ages, blooming marvellous! Also I had a homemade pasty made on the premises, it was simply superb. Beautiful beef steak, balanced by the onion, and the secret is in the seasoning which was to perfectionKeep it up Morwenna Cafe Bar, love what youâre doing, and you so deserve every accolade for caring in what you do and the food and service you provide

Tea room and surf hire. We serve home made cakes and cream teas as well as light lunches. We are 50 metres from the beach at Widemouth Bay
Gorgeous hidden gem of a tea room, advertised as surf hire so think a lot of people miss it? We had the whole place to ourselves on a sunny Tuesday lunch time! Sat outside in their sweet garden, had cream tea & a cheeky slice of one of their homemade cakes. Couldnât fault, great service, reasonably priced, lovely experience for our family of 4
