A performing artist and a jazz musician opened a 100% organic vegetarian/vegan place in Totnes. Come and enjoy a unique freshly made meal in a beautiful and intimate setting. NB: Our place is very small and easily fully booked. You might be lucky and be a
We visited for the first time a week ago and were enthralled by the small, intimate cornucopia of our surroundings. Bianca and Massimo took the time to explain the menu for the evening, using fresh, organic ingredients. It was presented to us with such care to detail and each dish was an explosion of colour and flavour. What a gem.Dear Barbara W,thank you so much for your kind review. We are glad you enjoyed your visit and we sincerely look forward to your next one :-) cheers! bianca e massimo

Just wanted to say what a lovely evening we had at Diabloâs diner. Food, service and whole evening was perfect. A couple of us had the set meal, great value for money, and plenty of choice, whilst others ate from the menu, there was something for everyone. It has the advantage of being a BYO which makes for a reasonable night out. You deserve to do well, we will be back.
The Seed is a Wholefood Shop with seating for up to 10 people. We sell purely organic coffees, using organic beans and local organic milk. Swiss-water decaffeinated coffee and a range of alternative coffee substitutes and teas are also available. Gluten-f
Amazing veg for reasonable cash, and the best sourdough you'll ever taste. Mellow sofa section for coffee (but I didn't try any)Worth it for the bread alone, didn't expect to find it in such a weird little town.Thank you Secret for your review. We are quite lucky to have such an obsessive and meticulous baker literally on our doorstep. We purposefully price our organic Fruit and Veg (probably the lowest in the country) to encourage those of all incomes, access to Organic Produce, as this is a prominent philosophy of ours and we hope you enjoyed your quirky little time in our quirky little town....Best Wishes - Sefton

Located in the ancient stannary town of Ashburton on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. Tea at Taylors offers a taste of old England when the formality of tea was all the rage. Set amongst period antiques and soft furnishings, we hope that you might
Visited, due to Mary Berryâs comments regarding this establishments carrot cake, being the best. She is not wrong. It was absolutely gorgeous. Very light, extremely flavoursome, and all sandwiched together with a frosting. The decor of the tea room was tasteful, and sophisticated. Loved it

We came across this teashop purely by chance. Visiting Ashburton and looking for a place to eat. We passed a few that did not seem inviting until we came upon the Studio Teashop. When inside there was a very warm welcome from the gentleman that greeted us, showed us to a table. The teashop is bijou but cosy. We had lunch which was exceptionally good. The teashop was clean and the gentleman very attentive, we were made to feel at home. If I lived in Ashburton I would be in this teashop a couple of times a week. Absolutely fabulous.Thank you so much for the fantastic review, sorry ive not thanked you sooner we have just got back from glastonbury festival,( ageing hippies i know,) lol,it was lovely to meet you and hope to see you again one day,it really is a fantastic review,Lots of love, steve and dave xx

Lovely little cafe in Buckfastleigh and went in there at lunchtime. We decided to have a cream tea and it was delicious. We were offered a choice of plain or fruit scones and also strawberry or raspberry jam. The scones were obviously home made and very light. There was a varied menu and full meals also which an adjoining couple were tucking into also commenting on how tasty it was. The staff were friendly and service good. Very good value for money. This place is also open for evening meals.Thank you for visiting the Singing Kettle and leaving us a lovely review, we are pleased that you had a good experience here and hope to see you again when next in the area.

My title says it all. It's a small tea-shop in the splendid narrow high street of Buckfastleigh. The cakes were not at all interesting. It's not rocket science - pay on a good victoria sponge, carrot cake, chocolate cake and coffee & walnut cake and you can't go worng.Hi KeithIâm sorry that you were disappointed with the cake selection. Due to the hot weather, and the cakes melting, we have not been putting whole cakes on the chiller counter as usual. Therefore, we have cut them into single portions & displayed them inside the chiller. There was our scrummy locally-made gluten free carrot cake, a four layered chocolate fudge cake and a Raspberry Ripple sponge cake in the chiller. Not to forget our array of traybake cakes including, millionaire shortbread, chocolate brownie, white chocolate & chocolate rocky road, raspberry & coconut slice, yoghurt topped flapjack, cupcakes & scones on offer. When the weather cools we will be displaying whole cakes on the counter. Thank you for your comment & hope that the next time you visit you will not be disappointed.Kind regardsMichele
