Called in for lunch one Saturday. Sat down at a table as there were no instructions as to what to do or how to place an order. Two different staff walked past us three times, no one gave us a menu or directed us to order at the counter. No one said "sorry, we're busy, we'll be with you in a minute" in fact we were completely ignord so walked out after ten minutes. Extremely poor customer service.

Called in for breakfast and please we did. Both wife and I had the Pantry Breakfast, a full English plus, which came freshly cooked with local ingredients and it was excellent. Could of had a fair choose from the breakfast menu. Lunch menu commences midday and we will certainly return to try, although the Sunday Roast menu is on the list of must try. Friendly service, very clean interior and nice sun garden. Interesting shop and wine selection, glasses or bottles can be enjoyed with your breakfast or lunch. Set within a converted post office this charming cafe-come-restaurant is certainly worth a visit, or two.It was lovely to meet you yesterday and thank you for sharing you enjoyable experience with others. We look forward to welcoming Tg you back for a lunch very soon!

A rustic kitchen serving homemade food, a selection of wines & organic lagers, and speciality teas & artisan coffee. The Bakehouse is set in a charming, 17th century cottage, situated on Broadwayâs historic High Street. The menu is reworked weekly (or eve
What a find.... at last a cafe offering real home made food with ârealâ tasty ingredients! We took a chance and ordered what looked good but could so easily be a disappointment (we are fans of proper food like butter etc) and weâre thrilled to find the whole meal was absolutely delicious. I wish you could open a cafe in our town; we will be back soon. The owner even helped me to extricate my partner from the locked shop next door....another amusing incident!!

old-fashioned English tea room which also serves meals
Tea very weak, cream tasted off and scones burnt. When they bring the bill it says no credit cards under £10, lucky they charge £5 for a scone! Very disappointing

I booked afternoon tea for my dad's birthday but unable to get him there on the day. So a call to Deb and all sorted to have the afternoon tea to take to him back in Pershore. Really delicious and the cafe is so cute. Right by the main car park in Broadway. Shame didn't have more time to enjoy. Would definately return.

Called at Broadway for a light lunch on way home from beak away. Reasonable menu and we all chose a hot sandwich that we assumed would be toasted. A tuna melt and two Brie and bacon were very tasty although not toasted but served on ordinary bread. Good drinks and served quickly. However the older waitress was miserable and did not smile or engage with customers at all hence 4 stars not 5

Recently visited Broadway and finally stop for coffee at the Deli, fantastic coffee and selection of food. Coffee to Australian standards, service to a high standard and came back for a second coffee. Well worth a visit any time of the day.

Great lunches, snacks and coffee. Lots of tourists of all nationalities.Hot food served until 4.00 P.M. Open from 9.30 A.M Mon-Fri
Simple food done well. Ham quiche with chunks of ham and a mixed little side salad lifted this above most similar cafes. They just seemed to have tried that little extra.
