Bought sandwiches twice whilst on a short break in Brixham recently...went expecting a cafe - but changes had taken place....the cafe as such is no more... but there are seats and tables out back in the garden and room for two or three people to sit for drinks in the shop window. Great place to get a sandwich to take away, I think there was soup and cakes available as well, all freshly made, organic, wholefood. Reasonably priced and good quality. Friendly owners, nice to talk to. There's also a wholefood shop with organic veg. great bread. etc. etc.Just want to say thank you for your positive review considering you may originally have been disappointed we no longer have a full cafe menu, you are correct changes have taken place! Thank you, best wishes sally

All hail Karen, Audrey & âjust Billyâ ! What a superb throw-back to Grannyâs favourite cake tin ! With recently added facilities to indulge a heartwarming cuppa, this little cafe in the centre of the high street does a fine job in providing refreshment, sweet treat and a friendly environment to catch up on local news, itâs comings & goings... Karen is the creative genius, Audrey the âfront of houseâ with a âwelcomeâ as big as her smile...and then thereâs Karenâs husband Billy - the very talented âJack of all Tradesâ . Lots of âtemptationâ which can also be served âtake outâ if thatâs your preferred route to cake heaven... All in all, a super addition to the high street and a fine âcomplimentâ to the Chart Room cafe. Good luck guys...Ah such High praise indeed. I have passed your comments on to Audrey and to Billy, and its safe to say we are blown away by your review. I'm almost speechless, and that doesn't happen often :))Thank you so much for your very kind words, it means so very much to hear these things. We look forward to seeing you again soon :)

You know how it is. When you're in Devon you just have to get round to a cream tea! Visiting Brixham on a beautiful day we were feeling a bit done in when we landed outside the Deli. Just looking for a sit down a cup of tea we noticed the very reasonably priced cream tea and went for it. We shared one with an extra cuppa and it was divine. No hanging about. Oh! The clotted cream was as thick as butter and tasted heavenly. Very good value and very enjoyable.Thank you- It's Riverford Clotted cream, from just the other side of Totnes. Very special, we think- glad you enjoyed
