The historical center of Baku reveals its tumultuous past, from its roots as a Persian capital, through its oil boom to its Soviet occupation. The old city is a maze of alleys, mosques, historic buildings and remnants of fortification, including the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and the Maiden Tower, now listed among UNESCO's World Heritage Sites. Much more than a historic site, the city hosts vibrant arts and cultural activities, as well as a bustling modern business sector.

Open all day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, ZEST Lifestyle Cafe is a premium casual dining environment with the tables looking into the theatre of the open kitchen which provides a fantastic opportunity to discover lunch's and dinner's sanctum. Begin yo
Variety of food they serve during business lunch is huge and they have good selection of salads which can be interesting for vegeterians . Price is also very reasonable as well as homemade lemonade
Running out of the office on the way to a meeting I picked up a chicken ciabatta sandwich. Which I ate at 18.00, and by 22.00 my life was a misery. Really bad food poisoning kept me up all night, and travelling back to the UK today I am still able to keep anything besides small sips of water down. I can guarantee I will never be visiting here again - and their hygiene levels need to be checked.

Hard Rock Cafe is a global phenomenon with 185 cafes that are visited by nearly 80 million guests each year. The first Hard Rock Cafe opened on June 14, 1971, in London, England, and from there the brand has expanded to major cities and exotic locations a
I went there only twice in my lifetime and those to times I wasn't really impressed. Inside of the cafe they are selling their merchandise which is really cool and that's one of my fave things about the cafe. As I entered the cafe, there was REALLY loud music which gave me a headache really quickly. I know that's the cafe's name is 'Hard Rock' but they've could of lowered the volume of HARD ROCK music. I am not gonna lie, but I was impressed by design of the cafe, it looked very cool. They even hanged up some signed guitars. Now, let's judge the food, when I sat on my chair, I first decided to order something for my kids since they were very hungry. I ordered them a hotdog with some fries, the hotdog looked really appetizing on the menu*The food took a pretty long time to get done, but when it arrived, I with my kids were very disappointed. The hotdog was looking so dry! It didn't even have ketchup or mustard! only some kind of a dried up bun with and a half-boiled sausage inside! So if you want to a perfect date with you friends or even with your kids, i dont recommend you to go there.Dear Kamila's VLOGS W,Thank you very much for taking the time to place comments regarding your visit to our cafe. Araz Cafe uniting national and European cuisine and being one of the oldest places in ancient Baku which you will like, has been functioning for you since 1953 to this day. Here you can enjoy natural Azerbaijani tea and jams and make your vacation unforge
I came here for dinner and the next day for breakfast. The menu has many different options for reasonable prices. Ramil, the server, was so helpful and kind even though I don't speak a word of Azeri. I recommend going here over the overpriced restaurants within the Old City walls.

It is almost 8th year that I am using the services of Cafe City and enjoy every part. Just a bit negative comment about the late service. But interior design, quality of food, music selection is just wow. If you are a tourist visiting Baku, you can try their national menu, specially DOLMA. Negative thing for the family with little kids, they do not have baby change room, even baby change table.

The restaurant is located on the street with a rich history that begins with the oil boom in the 19th century and lasts until today. The street with the same name Passage has always been the center of trade and culture and one of the most popular places f
If you're european or american and you don't enjoy trying exotic food, it will fit the bill. Amburan Beach Club â is one of the best resorts and absolutely the best beach in Baku. Fresh air, private beach, contemporary bars and restaurants, cozy guest halls - that's what distinguishes Amburan Beach Club. All year round in Amburan Beach Club terri
This restaurant has a nice design and concept. Restaurant has a different sizes of rooms which different interior and design. Snacks(cucumber, tomato, herbs and cheese plate) were served just after 5 minutes we sat. We had to wait about 40 min for 15 qutabs(normally 10-15 minutes)one hour for sadj(normally it has to be after 20-30 min) and plate of Kiev style cutlet with a french fries(normally 10-15 min). One of couples who had a baby gave a soup to personnel to heat in microwave, it took about 40 minutes to heat it.Prices are high enough, however nothing special in menu. The restaurant served us with a water from Italy which is 10 azn per bottle however there was a alternative of domestic one 5 times cheaper(this is usual for restaurants in Baku). Restaurant asked us 20 azn per alcohol bottle which we brought and we have to reject it and cancel our pans to drink an alcohol. Alcohol is also expensive. Meal was ok, design of meal in plates was nice. Personnel was slow and not hospital. 280 azn was billed for dinner(light snacks, non alcohol drinks,15 qutabs and 3 sadjs). I don't recommend this place if you are hungry and look for a place with tasty meal and average prices. This object is nice as a place, but not as a restaurant.
