If you’re looking for an excellent value in your port day from Livorno, Tuscany Bus is a perfect choice. Prices are low, they get you to Florence and Pisa with similar amounts of free time as the costly cruise ship excursions, and the Mercedes bus we had on our trip was superbly comfortable to ride in. We had one small problem, but it was resolved without challenge by TuscanyBus’s professional staff. My only advice is that it might be easier to just book when you arrive off the cruise ship shuttle in Livorno. Just check how many ships are in port the day you are...if it’s just 1 or 2, book when you arrive. If it’s a lot of ships, pre-booking might make sense. I would not hesitate to use this company’s services again.
