During a short stay in Zurich we took a two hour city tour with headphone commentary (due to the virus there we no tour guides available). For us, at two hours the tour was just about the right length and the commentary was interesting and informative with a narrative that extended to both the city and national relevance. A word about the driver - he was friendly and just about the best bus/ coach driver I have ever experienced. He navigated the often narrow streets and turnings superbly and was courteous to other drivers and pedestrians. Whilst we thought this was quite an expensive tour, (most things in Zurich are quite expensive), we did very much enjoy it and would certainly recommend it.....

Interlaken is a must visit small resort town between two lakes - Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. There are many trekking, hiking and skiing trails. A walk or cycling along the lake is highly recommended. From the view point of sight seeing 1-2 days are more than sufficient if the idea is stay in the town only. Most of the activities are open in summer though. There is mountain (view point) Harder Kulm with a restaurant and a complete panoramic view of the town; it can be reached via a cable car. People working there are nice but this doesnt mean (unfortunately) tours are good, organisation should be improved. Annecy was a beautiful place but you Can hardly hear the record they play during the tour with historic detaills and once in the city you are alone and free to explore on your own. I was supposed to go on a city tour as well which was cancelled and I got to know this once I was there ready to start... They found a place for me in a cheaper tour... Refunding me the difference and the driver forgot to pick me up to do the third part... Luckily I have a swiss phone so I could call the agency. Also would say they cant speak good English so it makes communication difficult.

Standing on the platform 90 meters above the canyon is on it’s own enough to make your legs weak, but then to step off into the abyss, freefall towards the ground and then scream at 120km/h between the canyon walls is easily the most scary ride money can buy.  Enjoy personal attention from your guide on this small-group tour, limited to 12 people per group.

Inclusions: Pick up from designated meeting points, Professional guide, Transport, Safety briefing

Exclusions: Gratuities, Food and drinks, unless specified, Video- available to purchase separately.

Although I didn't end up skiing because I sucked at it :D , but outdoor- interlaken provided above and beyond services. Hotel pick up was on time, then they drove us first to their store to get changed and get the skis. The people in the store were very nice and helped us find the perfect pants, boots and skis. Then we got picked up by Alan, the instructor, and drove us up to the mountain. Alan was super patient with us , and we had an amazing skiing experience.
