With family went there and had visited the mosque and we were amazed with what we saw inside the mosque: the cleanliness, the paintings (different colors). And we had visited a lot of them all over but this one is very unique and very beautiful!

Beautiful place, the castle ruling over the lake, a monastery further on that shows the quietness of the place... Really deserves a visit

As if landed on a hill, you can see it everywhere - if you are above it, if you are on a boat tour (the view is amazing at sunset), from both shores. From the playground in front of the church the view is also amazing, it is no accident a favorite decor for wedding photos. The church itself is in a typical orthodox style, renovated, much attended. You can reach it from downtown or from the fortress, but you must. You will not regret it.

Svet Naum was high on my list of places to visit while in ohrid. The church sits on top of the hill built in the 16th century. It’s the oldest Balkan church. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings. Surround by beautiful gardens and an amazing view of lake ohrid. I would suggest bringing your swimmers and spending the day at Svet Naum. You can have a relaxing boat ride along the lake, enjoy lunch at the many restaurants, shop at the many survivor stores, take a swim in ohrid lake, explore the churches or just chill out at one of the cafes enjoying the scenery. We actually visited Svet Naum twice and I would go again. Absolutely beautiful. Enjoyment for the whole family

Though very easily reachable, this natural beauty is crowned with restaurants serving tasty and fresh food, a very interesting cave to visit and boat trip at calm and peaceful waters of the river. A must to see place in Skopje !

The fortress "Markovi Kuli" in Prilep or "Markukule", a symbol of the city, is a remnant of a medieval city. It was named after the last king, the most famous and sung in folk epic King Marko, who ruled until 1395. The site dates back to the early antique settlement Keramija, which is evidenced by numerous findings, as well as rock drawings dating from the 7th century BC. With their dominant defense system, it makes them unique in the Balkans. The fortress is located on a 120 to 180 meter hill of volcanic origin which abounds in many unusual rocks that by their shape got their name from the inhabitants. On April 10, 2006, "Markovi Kuli" was declared a Monument of Nature.
