Hawaiian Ocean Adventures

Aloha, we are proud to be a Hawaiian owned business. We are permitted to run cultural ocean activities in the state of Hawaii. Our Captains and crew are certified, safety is our #1 priority. Learn about our culture in a true authentic way. We hand built all our Hawaiian sailing canoes, much like our ancestors did thousands of years ago. This activity combines the adventure of sailing the beautiful blue green waters of our islands and the unique cultural experience of sailing on a vessel that has been used by Hawaiians for generations. Great for all levels of experience, kid friendly. While on board, you will learn about the area, how Hawaiians used these vessels, sit back and relax or paddle along with us. We also have kayaks, stand up boards and snorkel gear. Mahalo for supporting Hawaiian owned businesses.

Very nice and helpful. Made sure we were comfortable riding in the parking lot and gave good suggestions of where to ride. They were a little hard to contact. We scheduled online and wanted to change the time but could never get in touch with them so we had to go at our original time but once we got there, they were great.

Kailua Beach Park

Reviewed By Vladimiramirela - Mississauga, Canada

For less experienced and brave swimmers, this is a perfect setting. Close to washroom facilities, with lots of parking within convenient distance and many shaded spots under the trees, this beach offers enough room for everybody to sit or walk around, without feeling crowded, even during the weekend days. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, with nearby rock formations, and amazingly turquois water. As the slope into the waves is not too steep, even when the ocean is pretty rough, swimming is quite safe. The villages of Kailua and nearby Lanikai also offer many places to eat, have a good coffee or browse for souvenirs. Excellent location!

Had a great afternoon at this beach. Cannot imagine how crowded it must be in the summer. Hard to get parking in the side roads. Take an umbrella for shade. Nice for the day
