The atmosphere was brilliant, a real old school boozer. Plenty of banter, ribaldry and general rumbustiousness. My fellow customers were very sociable and after the events of the day before getting there it lifted my mood immeasurably. Jon and Rachael have created somewhere that is a pleasure to visit even given the 10pm closing and the no two households mixing indoors. As Arnie once said; I'll be back!

My son book tickets for the Dino Land experience for us and his three children ages 7, 9 and 11 and we had a brilliant time, the best thing about it was great fun for everyone from youngest to eldest. We were taken round by our own Ranger Mandi who was never far away if we needed help but also left us on our own to work through the clues together; these ranged from some quite easy to some needing a bit of thought which made us work together. Best activity we have done as a family for a long time and as soon as we had finished all three children were looking to see what they could do next. Thank you also for the staff who were very accomadating even though we were a bit late arriving.

The Mug and Meeple is a gamer cafe for everyone. With free wifi for customers, a comfy seating area and great coffee and tea you can just come and relax. But why would you want to when you could have access to our extensive board game library or take part in one of our many organised clubs or activities. Our staff will help you choose and play the right game for you.
We spent the afternoon here - friendly, welcoming staff, a great selection of games to play, and we'll definitely be back! We actually felt a little bit guilty that we spent so little - £15 between the three of us for the table rental and some coffees, which is absurdly cheap for the hours of fun that we had. They also have a large selection of games for sale, so we plan on buying some next time just to show our support! Thanks Mug and Meeple, and see you again soon!

Love visiting the prom/ new fort tavern especially when the underground bunker is open which tends to be when the regatta is on. The area is open, clean with nice flowers planted while its steeped with history and you can get close to some of the old guns. Ok cafe and two play areas

One of the biggest Gurdwaras in Europe hosting fantastic facilities for Sikhs and the wider community, including three Meditation Halls, two Langar Halls, fully equipped Lecture Theatre seating 140 people, ICT suite, Library, Meeting Room, etc. Nursery provision to be developed. The compex also includes Sports fields and Sports Hall (home of Guru Nanak Football Club, Kabaddi, Karate, Basketball, etc), Guru Nanak Day Centre for the Elderly, and Punjabi School at weekends.
Just a totally wonderful experience. Made to feel welcome the moment we entered. Sat in on the 'service' in the peace of it all. Everyone there had a smile for us and I was surprised at the relaxed feel in the prayer room. We were then invited to have food and sat on the floor to enjoy the hospitality given.

Built in 1968 as part of the new Civic Centre, Woodville Halls has hosted dance schools, local shows and national talent. Our main auditorium is capable of seating 650 patrons across three levels or of being transformed into a flat floor space for cabaret performances for 380 seated at tables and 100 seated in the circle. Beneath the Main Auditorium is our Studio Theatre, sponsored by O2 Gravesend. This space is used to present familiar plays and new pieces of theatre and play hosts to our monthly Comedy Club. The Studio Theatre, sponsored by O2 Gravesend can accommodate up to 180 seated patrons and has a bar at the rear of the seating area.
We visit The Woodville often, for their films, live tribute acts and more. We always attend the Panto at Christmas time....and as usual, it was fantastic! Exciting, funny, uplifting and very interactive! My daughter aged 20 has special needs and loves all of the Woodville shows. The staff are fantastic, and always friendly and attentive. I cannot praise this venue, their performers and their staff enough!

A fantastic park with a cafe, visitor centre, parks for the kiddies and a few walking trails. There is also the old site of Randall Manor as well as the old RAF air raid shelters within the Country park boundary. The views around the park are stunning in every season. If your local, make sure you spend a day just walking around this great park.
