Visit this bar regularly in the evening during summer months. Sitting outside on a nice evening can't be beaten, one of the nicest views watching the sun go down in the country. Drinks are not cheap but are an acceptable price for the venue. Sadly service is always rather slow.

Great atmosphere. Attentive and efficient service.Food freshly prepared and good size portions although prices a bit on the high side - a burger or fish and chips cost £14!

We go every couple of months or so for the Simply Squiffy Sunday special. The food is delicious but itâs the staff who really make this. They canât do enough for you and are always friendly. We had a slight error on our bill and it was rectified in seconds. No fuss. Canât recommend this little gem enough.

Visited whilst staying in the hotel. We enjoyed a few of the dishes we selected eg the lamb and cheese selections but were somewhat disappointed in others eg the soup, chicken and sticky toffee pudding. In particular the use of herbs was too much for our palates.Service was fine and of course the views over the bay are great. All in all we felt the experience was somewhat average.

We stood outside Costa on a blustery, rainy Thursday last week and decided to stick to our pledge of buying from an independent whenever possible. We were lucky enough to find Kerry's where the welcome was warm and genuine, and the hot chocolate and americano, both perfect. Long live The Independents!

Picked Atkinsonâs for our last dinner in the UK - you haberdashery to have fish n chips at the seaside! Nice fish, well cooked and not greasy. Pies and scampi also nice and the chips were excellent. A very enjoyable meal.

What a lovely little place. Very friendly and the food was soooooo nice. We had the sharing platter to start which was all freshly made and very tasty. For mains I had the Cumberland sausage, with mustard mash and veg, oh my word, how nice that was, so tasty and filling. My wife had the chicken and leek with veg, and again, she said it was really tasty and freshly cooked. We was both so full at the end, we didnât have dessert or pudding, so not to spoil the food we had just had by over filling ourselves.Would most definitely recommend Blue Mountain to anyone wanting a freshly made, hearty filling meal

A bespoke restaurant in the heart of Lancaster serving contemporary British cuisine, featuring a masonic hall and the broadest gin selection around.
First time visit after winning a voucher off Beyond Radio. Staff were polite, friendly and efficient throughout. The roast dinners (1 Lamb, 1 Beef) were superb with roast potatoes & mash along with several other roast vegetables and a huge yorkshire. A deceptive plateful as it doesn't look a lot when it arrives, but IT IS! Puddings were equally delicious, not your run of the mill frozen offerings. Well worth a visit.
