The Canteen at Maker Heights is currently closed for our winter break. We'll be open again from 15th February, 9.30am to 4pm, and look forward to seeing you then.
If you want something really different by way of an experience then go to the canteen, good service and a tasty menu served either inside or outside (the views are amazing). It is based in old Nissen Huts and is completely out of the way - be sure to book in busy times as it was very busy when we arrived in Mid September at 14:00 - Lovely experience and very good food.

Small family run Restaurant located within a 500year old Artillery Tower with views across Plymouth sound, Drakes Island & Mount Edgecombe. Cooking with locally sourced seasonal ingredients.
First anniversary treat although been before. Started with crispy egg followed by fish course, both cooked amazingly well. Had the chocolate mousse cake for dessert, again amazing.Amuse-Bouche at the start was a fantastic tomato soup and incredible made bread. Nice touch seeing the owner who is also the (top class chef) at the end of the meal. Definitely 5 stars, best restaurant in Plymouth.Gerry W,Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our little restaurant. Pleased you enjoyed it.Hipe to see you again

We went for brunch while we were in Cornwall. I had bacon and poached eggs on toast, which was cooked perfectly. Our daughter had the same but with scrambled egg, which she enjoyed and my husband had a tuna and mayo baguette. We bought the most fabulous chocolate to take away which was one of many lovely looking cakes for sale.We really appreciate your lovely review of our little cafe - thank you x

1 aa rosette - Michelin guide listed 2019 - Food & drink Devon restaurant of the year 2018/2019 - Taste of the west gold 2018 - Trenchermans guide 2018. We are an every occasion local neighbourhood restaurant, priding ourselves on being an independent fam
Travelled from Salcombe to meet business clients and it was worth every mile travelled.Front of house service was brilliant, polite and very attentive. Two dined on hummus for starter but they were in awe when they spotted my fresh blow torched mackerel. Scrumptious. One had the hake whist two of us had the famous fish stew. Worth every penny, fish, cockles and mussels just so fresh and tasty. However, DO NOT pass on the desserts. Those who read my reviews know I am passionate about sticky toffee pudding and this was the best I had tasted in years... WOW..... A great experience and worth every penny. This talented chef visited our table to see if we enjoyed his food. That's a brave move by any chef but you can see the passion and confidence ooze from this man. Thank you chef... and team

At the Harbour we cater for all customers. Whether you are with the children or in a large group. We specialise in fresh seafood landed meters away from the restaurant. We also have prime fillet and ribeye steaks to go with your seafood. Lobster and crab
The Harbour Seafood restaurant is situated on the quayside in the Barbican and is around a mile and a quarter away from Plymouth station on foot.I had the seafood chowder to start which was decent and quite filling.I had seen glowing reviews about the monkfish curry and thus was quite disappointed to find mine to be very watery and somewhat unpleasant. It was also served with regular white rather than naan style bread. On the plus side, our bottle of Picpoul De Pinet was very good and excellent value at £17.50 per bottle.Service was good and the bill for three was around £85.Hello guys,I'm sorry to see you did not enjoy the monkfish curry, it is usually one of our favourites on our winter menu!Although thank you for your positive comments on the rest of your experience.Kind regards,Harbour management

Probably the only remaining significant eating place in Plymouth's nightlife centre and most important tourist area which does not have a Tripadvisor listing. This is an old building with a newish internal rebuild and offers all day and evening food. It i
Perfect Sunday roast for me, we chose the lamb and my grandson chose the kids chicken, which were gorgeously cooked. Crispy fluffy roast potatoes, delicious cauliflower cheese, huge Yorkshire pudding and a lovely amount of carrots, cabbage & peas... Iâm sure Iâm missing something else too! Adding to that, the service was as friendly and efficient as always. We loved it so thank you.

We ordered a big portion of cod and a big portion of cod and chips. The pieces of fish were enormous, nicely battered and really tasty. The chips were good too. One portion was enough for 2. It was very quiet in the late afternoon. We didn't have to wait long and the meal was served piping hot. The only negative thing was the dirty floor.

Fabulous food, excellent service and lovely ambience. You don't just need to keep Fletchers for 'special occasions'! It really is fine dining at reasonable prices and in an informal atmosphere. Truly the best Plymouth has to offer by far.
