Django's Is A Busy Bijou Cafe Bar With A Gorgeous Sun Trapped Terrace "in The Warmer Months" Serving English European "with Some Asian Thrown In" Dishes Seven Days A Week - And Undoubtedly The Best And Most Talked About Breakfast In Town - We Can Be Found
My sister & I had lunch there a few days ago. Very enjoyable. Pleasant service & a good selection of food (from sandwiches & pizzas, to cooked meals). She had a large avocado & Brie salad; I had a huge bowl of chili beef & beans topped with masses of cheese (& packed a spicy punch). Sister finished with a waffle, baked banana, ice cream & cream. We were FULL. Definitely a place to return to. Lovely basement section with comfortable squishy leather seats - would be perfect on a cold winterâs day

We stopped in Folkestone for the night earlier this week prior to taking the euroshuttle to France. We wanted some fish and chips for our dinner as we often do when at the seaside. We opted for Papa's as it wasn't far from our hotel. We ordered a large cod, a battered sausage and chips and shared them between our family of 5. The portions were generous and the food was super tasty and given the seal of approval from our 3 kids. Would recommend.

This place certainly is a WOW !Itâs a very traditional tea room - havenât been somewhere so nice for this sort of thing in many many years .The food is fabulous, huge scones , lovely and very good selections of sandwiches and the lemon drizzle cake was simply superb . The service from the two lads was really good - genuinely attentive and friendly, couldnât do enough for us .Lots of choice on the impressive menu for all pockets and appetites and great knowledge from the boys about allergens and what was ok to eat. The Chambers is at first glance a street level Coffee Shop but by far the biggest surprise lies underground where The Chambers bar takes over! Either take in the great vista of watching Folkestone town life go on around you as you enjoy your freshly roast
My review is solely based on everything but their food here, I will get around to tasting some Chambers delights sometime soon. I've visited a fair few times over the past year for multiple different event nights and every single one has been great. The offering of beers, ciders and ales are exceptional, many local beers to try. The doormen and bar staff are super friendly, you'll see people of all ages and walks of life in there, it's just a really nice unique vibe. Chris is great (the owner) from my first visit for a friend's birthday, he went all out and arranged a few treats to make it extra special. Every week they have different DJ or live band nights on, take a look at their facebook for what's coming up, get yourself down there for a dance :)Hi ChampionByName & huge thanks for the five stars & awesome review!!Well you've summed up our 'venue' side of The Chambers perfectly i must say! We have domestic & international live music at least every Thursday evening & real quality Djs most every Friday & Saturday (after food service on the Sat). Also big thanks for mentioning the staff here too, from the door to the bar. We're really happy with the guys we have here and feel they represent what we're trying to do 100%, so having a customer put that in print for us is a real vindication of their & our efforts. Many thanks again and we hope to see you here again soon, maybe at the dining table......? :-)Cheers,The Chamber-Meister!

After reading the reviews on TA, we were really looking forward to eating here. And we weren't disappointed. As we went in, the first thing you notice are all the war memorabilia and metal signs everywhere. We actually ate upstairs, but there is a staircase leading downstairs to another seated area. Its a very small bar area, but that does not stop the {very friendly} locals sitting around it.We had our small grandson with us, and he loved the place. We ordered our food, hubby had the Steak, I had Mushroom burger, and our grandson had the cheeseburger. I have to say all three dishes were gorgeous. In fact it is the first time I have ever seen my grandson eat one. He absolutely loved it. It was all so tasty. I am looking forward to trying the dirty fries on my next visit. We will definitely be returning when we next visit Folkestone

Welcome to Earls Restaurant, one of Folkestone's best kept secrets and leading eateries. Nestled in the beautiful West End of Folkestone, Earls is renowned for its relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, friendly team, great value for money and above all, its d
I booked a lunch table at Earl's for 6 people, to celebrate my mum's birthday. The food was extremely good, especially notable were the starters and main courses which were very accomplished and nicely presented. My main course, confit of duck with roast potatoes and green beans was delicious!Special Note: It is really good to to see a restaurant that is not shying away from pushing "the best of English" wine and sparkling wine on its wine list.If I had to write a negative, then I'd say that while the desserts are more than OK, they were, in my opinion, not quite of the same standard as the starter and main courses - the Key Lime pie was a tad synthetic/overly creamy......If you are in the region, it is well worth a visit.

Weâre not trying to be anything weâre not. Just quality tasty food in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, whilst supporting our local farmers, bakers and makers. Thank you for helping us to do so! Thank you in advance for your feedback. Every comment means
This place is a little gem! Itâs so nicely decorated and couldnât decided what to choose from the menu, it all sounded delicious. Would highly recommend the homemade iced tea and sticky sausage sandwich. My partner had the burger and said the sweet potato fries were the best heâs ever had! Would highly recommend visiting and will definitely be returning
Elegant sea facing cocktail bar with patio and alfresco seating. Heated Patio, Hot New Menu, Chilled out Service and a laid back View-we are the destination for you.
Very good service here in a pleasantly updated building. We did find the lighting in the bar a little too bright. However, the service made up for it. Zakinah, the cocktail lady behind the bar was outstanding. Very nice service. Thank you.
