5 of us on a works get together, all young men with good appetites, Fantastic friendly chatty service, nothing to much trouble. Lovely small modern surroundings. Food where so I start, stunning value for money, huge portions, all cooked to absolute perfection, You can tell all the ingredients are fresh and quality. The major difference this is not a chain type franchise restaurant pub, this is a family owned independent business, that really cares, they want you to enjoy, they would put anything wrong right immediately, the Chef / owner only sources from where he can trust, you can tell this immediately, We had a fantastic meal at a very reasonable price, and we would definitely return. If you would like some advice Book ahead to guarantee your table and friendly welcome, Trying a

I am a Coeliac and was seduced to poppies by previous reviews and a gluten free menu with lots of choices. On entering I asked you young girl if the items on the gluten free menu are free of contamination. She looked at me confused for a short while, then said âI donât think so, but Iâll askâ. She returned with an older lady, who said that most of it could be depending on what you wanted, so we took a seat. When she came to take our order I asked if the chips were fried in a frier that hadnât had any breaded items in it and she said no (which wiped out most of the menu) but she said I could have a jacket potato. I was torn on my rating as the food provided was ok, but what is the point of providing a gluten free menu when you canât provide the items gluten free?

My wife and I went to visit our family at Catchwater Meadow for the weekend , and to attend a private birthday party at Hillbilly Hueys on Saturday 23rd July. The venue was excellent for a private function and the entertainment was second to none. Even the running buffet was absolutely spot on. There was no queuing at the bar, even though it was a full house. Bar prices were very reasonable and the staff were professional and friendly. The following day we went for the Sunday Carvery, which was plentiful and delicious, again served by the friendly, courteous and attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Upon finishing the main course, we were asked if we wanted anything from the dessert menu. We declined politely, saying that we had no room left for it.Both my wife and myself would highly recommend a visit to Hillbilly Huey's, if passing, or staying in the Skegness area. Thank you Darren, Mark and Mary !!Thank you for taking the time to review our venue, much appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Only went in for a cone of chips today, but they were fresh and tasty! Staff were nice and friendly and the restaurant appeared clean and tidy. We sat outside the front of the restaurant in the sunshine. I would love to go back here and try the fish, if the chips were anything to go by!

Decided was going to book at table for mothers day to take my mum and nan for a nice meal. Excellent service, greeted with smiles and lovely lady showed us to our table. My nan and mum both had lamb shank and they said was so tender and the meal was fantastic, they will defo return. We had two children with us and they ate most of their meal and had room for pudding, which were excellent home made. Defo made our mothers day a special one. Thank you so much.

I recommend you book a table in the evenings as very popular--especially on a Thursday when they have live bands. The food is exceptional and always fresh. The staff are wonderful and the whole atmosphere is amazing. In summer you can sit outside looking over the Lake. Worth a drive up there to look around too.

The Bell Hotel is located in the small town of Burgh le Marsh which was once an ancient Roman settlement. Just off the A158, set between the popular seaside resort of Skegness, about five miles east, and the beautiful tranquil hills of the Lincolnshire Wo
Thank goodness we only stopped in here for a quick drink while waiting for our Chinese to be ready, as it would be made truly worse if we were dining. Not a lot to say however the rudeness of the landlady, sat on her backside with her gaggle of sheep was something to behold ! If somebody would like to speak to me I would appreciate if itâs not screeched at me across the bar, glass was filthy, would only ever return in order to screech back at the lady lady , really what is wrong!!, you need a customer service course !!! Bring on the next landlord, it wont be long , happy eating It would be appreciated if you would have more respect for other people's property. The pool table is not a place to leave a drink, unless you want the cost of re-covering it.As for food, you haven't eaten here and won't be doing. You're reference to sheep presumably refers to other customers, who were drinking in the bar, who were being sociable with the landlady. You need to take a closer look at yourself and your attitude before criticing others.

Booked a table for our anniversary and just like our previous visits we were not disappointed.Had a warm welcome from the staff as usual and after getting a drink were shown to our table. We both ordered the tomato garlic mushrooms, the portions were big and packed with flavour and so tasty.I had the homemade steak pie and the wife had the giant Yorkshire pud with sausages and loads of fresh veg and potatoes. The whole night was amazing and we will return soon for another meal. Thanks to all at the fleece
