We visited Stovell's for a wedding anniversary celebration following a recommendation. The whole evening was a joy(!) from being greeted upon arrival, having a drink at the bar, being seated, served and dined. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Service was exemplary! Both the ambiance and environment were lovely and well suited for a wonderful fine-dining experience!Food wise, we ordered a selection of starters (crab and octopus to name but two) from the a la carte menu and were not disappointed. For mains, we opted for the beef wellington (comes with a customised twist!) and the lobster - both were very well presented and full of flavour with wonderful texture. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening/dining experience and would not hesitate in recommending Stovell's to our friends and family. We will definitely be back!

We recently moved to the area and our friends invited us to dinner at the London House as they had been before. The menu, changed regularly, had a variety of interesting choices. Three of us went for the sirloin steak... great choice! Probably one of the best steaks I've had in the UK, and I've had a lot of steaks. It was cooked perfectly and was accompanied by just the right mix of sides. The restaurant also provides little pots of food...amuse bouche, interesting and delicious. One was a kind of soup and the other panacotta. I loved the place and, for those reviewers who complained about the wait, this isn't your local cafe, good food takes time to prepare.

First awarded a Michelin star in October 2016 & 4 rosettes by The AA in 2018, The Tudor Room is a richly decorated dining room, boasting silk lined walls and a dominant seventeenth century tapestry. With just 8 tables, The Tudor Room offers a tasting menu
Having stayed at the property before many years ago we booked a special package for D,B&B for my husbands Birthday & Our Anniversary. The Tudor room wasnât available previously and as weâre keen foodies we really wanted to give this place a try. The whole experience was wonderful, we started in the bar with G&Tâs and were escorted through to the beautiful room, where thankfully the decoration has not been modernised like other parts of the hotel. The menu is a seven course taster menu where you get an option on a number of courses and we were very happy with the choices (sometimes with taster menus this is not the case). What is good is that the restaurant offers ½ bottles of wine which as I only drink White and my Husband loves Red meant we could each indulge without worrying about having to finish the whole bottle. Not once did we have to fill up our own glasses and our water glasses were topped up continually throughout the evening. Each dish was explained as it was presented to us, the service and food was exceptional. The highlight of our stay.Dear Boho1979Thank you for your review and congratulations on your birthday and anniversary! I am delighted that you thoroughly enjoyed your meal and the experience overall. I loo forward welcoming you back soon again. With kind regardsSandra MuellerGeneral Manager

Since being built, The Cricketers has been the pride of Rowtown. It's beautiful structure and dominant position lent itself perfectly to both locals and passersby alike. Following an extensive refurbishment and overhaul The Cricketers will now, once again
.... lunch with the family, which was booked all of 20 minutes on advance. On a glorious day it was surprising that it was possible to book at such a great pub. There were enough gins on offer to satisfy my daughter, and a good range of craft ales and beers on draught. The food is solid pub grub, although the cob salad was a highlight. Service was attentive and quick, so a great place to meet for lunch. Finally look out for the distinctive squat pint glasses from Camden Ales..

We re-opened the Three Horseshoes back in 2009 and haven't looked back since! A mixture of old and new, the Three Horseshoes Laleham is now enjoying life sitting well and truly at the top of its community. We have created a smart and comfortable pub with
We wre a party of four, and were impressed with the overall finish of the place. Interesting menu and pleasant staff but the place does get very busy even midweek lunch time so booking is strongly advised.Three of or party really like the food, unfortunately one was not so happy saying the squid was rubbery and the bubble & squeak on the mains was bland.

At 1907 restaurant, bar & grill, we are very proud of our historic location, so aptly named our restaurant after the year the world famous, Brooklands racetrack was built and opened. The restaurant and cocktail bar offers a stylish experience that is mode
We spent a night in the hotel after attending an Historics Car Auction at the nearby Brooklands Museum. Dining in the hotel restaurant was the obvious choice. The quality of the food and service suggested that the kitchen knows how to cook and serve food. What we had was very good (arancini with wild mushrooms, beef carpaccio, followed by confit duck leg and glazed pork belly) but did it justify the prices?? The starters probably yes, but not the main dishes. My pork lacked vegetables and the potatoes could have been slightly less firm. Cheese was reasonable (no choice was offered) but refrigerator cold.A good wine list, at reasonable prices, was the saving grace. We have spent less and eaten better in restaurants (even in the UK), but for a large hotel and a clientele that seemed mostly of the 'Love Island' generation this was fine.Thank you for your feedback and I am pleased that you enjoyed dinner in 1907, I will pass on your comments to the team. I do hope that we can welcome you back to Brooklands again when you are next in the area.

Independent coffee shop in the heart of Weybridge serving breakfast, lunch, artisan coffee and cakes.
Looking forward to a tasty breakfast but it was anything butCold beans, tasteless bacon, minute portion of butter,no plates for the bread which was balanced on the breakfast plate so the the eggs were almost hanging over the edge, sausages not bad but the fresh orange juice was excellent. All this for the grand price of £10.95 needless to say will not visit again.

The Queen's Head was built in the mid 18th century and has been both a coach house and courthouse (complete with its own gallows) before becoming a pub many years ago. Step inside and the character of the building is felt in the cosiness of the snugs, the

We visited on Saturday morning and although early it was already busy. Having recently moved to Chertsey we were keen to try Joeâs Cafe and were delighted to receive such a friendly greeting. We both had the full English breakfast with filtered coffee. It was great and just what we needed! Look forward to going back.
