Il birrificio Benaco 70 nasce nella primavera del 2013 ad Affi, a pochi chilometri dalle sponde veronesi del lago di Garda: una piccola ma intraprendente e creativa realtà artigianale che dedica la massima cura al prodotto in ogni sua fase, dalla scelta delle materie prime fino all’imbottigliamento e alla commercializzazione. Il nostro intento è di produrre in quantità limitata solo birre cosiddette crude, vive, di alta qualità, ad alto contenuto di entusiasmo e creatività! Tutte le birre Benaco 70 si possono assaggiare ed acquistare direttamente nel brew pub adiacente al birrificio, inaugurato nel luglio 2017. Oltre alle birre, il pub serve taglieri di salumi e formaggi locali, crostoni, panini, burger e fritti.

Ivan Borsato birraio is a micro-brewery that produce beer, unfiltered and unpasteurized, fermented in the bottle. Adjacent to the brewery there is a shopwhere you can buy our beer and other products. There is the opportunity to visit production facilities, to make small educational tastings and tours by reservation. We will be happy to help you make an extraordinary journey between local products and combinations of beers. In summer, the brewery opens the "Frasca", a small hospitality with beer on tap and platters of cold cuts, as well as spoon preparations that have made beer parties famous!
