We are on a farm in the village Remmarlöv, 5km west of Eslöv in Skåne. Here we have brewed beer since 2014 on water from our own well. At first, the brewery was a side project to the agriculture but now the brewery has grown and taken a large part of the farm's chores. Brewing beer requires a lot of work and care, but our passion for the drink makes the work meaningful and fun. In our range of beer you will find different types. Our basic pillars in our brewing are well-brewed, balanced and pure flavors where we most common filter our beer. We brew mainly with Swedish base malt and water from our own well. Most of our beer is also organic. In the brewery it feels obvious to work with sustainability for the environment and climate. We are out in the country and nature is close to us. Since agriculture has been a large part of the farm's history, it feels natural to take responsibility for our soil. This is why we strive for reduced energy consumption and sustainable development.

Brewery with restaurant and Taproom
If you are a craft beer fan, you should definitely visit Malmo Brewing. The staff are passionate about their beers. You can tell the brewers/owners are as well - the quality really shows. They also display shirts and logos from many other breweries that they've collaborated with. Also...Mead! Fun to have something a little different, that is done in an interesting way. We ordered a flight so we could try a few. The Dessert (imp milk stout) and the Admiral Popov (Imperial stout with dark rum) were both delightful. Cosmopolitan honey mead was incredible. The triple hazy IPA Lupolinist was awesome. We missed out on the bbq (menu and pics look great) but were able to have a couple bites. Chili was basically a big bowl of stewed bbq brisket - simple, slightly spicy and really filling. Food wasn't amazing, but was solid and sat well with the beers we were trying. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're a beer fan.
