Arizona Canal

In November, the City of Scottsdale hosts “Canal Convergence”, a spectacular nighttime public art festival. Covering about 3 blocks, the art lights up and is interactive. Great for all ages (kids included!). A highlight for adults in 2019 was a beer festival (the first Fri and Sat) with craft breweries making beer using recycled water from the local plant. Highly recommend if you’re in town.

We rented paddle boats from Boat Rentals of American and it was great fun! $35/hour was reasonable and fit four people! They do have some fun looking donut boats that are motorized but they were sold out for the day. Look to make a reservation online they said!
