On a guided kayak tour we'll watch for bald eagles, harbor seals, river otters, sea birds, and an amazing variety of tidal sea life as we ply the waters of the San Juans. We use double kayaks, fiberglass, with all equipment provided.

Offering 3-hour private day-sails aboard Classic Wooden Sloop "Aura" from May to October, departing from the Deer Harbor Marina. Learn to sail, steer and handle lines as much or as little as you desire. Bring food for a floating picnic. We will navigate through the scenic heart of the San Juans. Maximum 6 people. Orcas W.I.L.D. is an interpretive center focused on the ecology and natural history of Orcas Island and the Salish Sea. Explore our educational displays about whales, birds, fish, geology, and more. We have an interactive space with a touch tank to explore creatures of the intertidal zone, videos about the wildlife of the region, sounds of whales, and we are staffed by local naturalist guides.
