Bancroft Cruisers

Coronavirus - we're so sorry but we are closing for a few weeks to ensure safety. Hopefully back on the water soon! The best 1 hour sightseeing cruise in Stratford upon Avon!! We offer excellent sightseeing cruises and we're the only company to have a boat with a licensed bar, wonderful cream teas and a Live commentary by our own on-board guides. Our guides share the history - and the amusing unknown history - of Stratford & Shakespeare during your cruise. We're a family business that operates 365 days a year, river conditions permitting. We can also cater for private parties - birthdays, hen parties, anniversaries, Christmas, schools & coach groups - we do just about everything! Our cruises are popular with local residents and tourists alike.

Leam Boat Centre

The Leam Boat Centre is based in beautiful Jephson Gardens along the river in Leamington Town Centre. The park's old Victorian boathouse was renovated thirteen years ago as part of the Millennium Project and it is now a thriving centre of activity. It's a lovely place to come for a day out as a family; row boats, motor boats and pedalos can be hired as and when you arrive and floating along the river for a carefree, sunlit hour is a wonderful experience. For more adventurous visitors, canoes and kayaks are also available for hire. The Leam Boat Centre also gives lessons in canoeing and kayaking and can cater to all levels of experience, from taster sessions for beginners through to training courses for instructors. Paddle Power kayak courses are held throughout the holidays for children to get their first taste of the sport. It might turn into a lifelong passion!

Excellence Afloat at Valley Cruises

Spend quality time on the unique inland waterways in Britain, at a pace that enables you to view the sky & hear the birds. Moor up at a waterside pub for a relaxing drink and a meal. Spend time with your family and friends; cozy nights relaxing around the table or outside on deck. Take a walk on the towpath or to the nearest village. As a contrast – moor up in the heart of Stratford upon Avon or Birmingham and "people watch" from the comfort of your boat. It’s all about the journey, not the destination. Get away from the pace of everyday life and experience Britain’s biggest nature reserve in close-up. Take time to explore a country-side largely unchanged since the canals were built 250 years ago, when everything was much simpler. Try a weekend break, a mid-week get away, week long or more. Chose from our fleet of comfortable narrow boats ranging from 2 berth to 10 berth. A choice of Cruiser or Semi-Trad stern, in Valley Cruses distinctive livery and individual interior layouts.
