Western Australia (abbreviated as WA) is a state occupying the entire western third of Australia. It is bounded by the Indian Ocean to the north and west, the Great Australian Bight and Southern Ocean to the south, the Northern Territory to the north-east and South Australia to the south-east. Western Australia is Australia's largest state, with a total land area of 2,529,875 square kilometres (976,790 sq mi), and the second-largest country subdivision in the world, surpassed only by Russia's Sakha Republic. The state has about 2.6 million inhabitants – around 11% of the national total – with 92% living in the south-west corner, mostly in the Perth area, leaving the remainder of the state sparsely populated.

I live just over an hour away from the circuit and this is the first time I had been. I went with my wife and a friend. We parked at the Camel farm. Great location, easy parking, there's a cafe and a bike shop. You can hire bikes, buy spares and they will help with repairs (as they did with us!) . We are beginners, we enjoyed the green trails and the blue. My wife is new to MTB and thought the Blue were the top end of her limit. There are hours of trails, well signposted in general although some of the maps on site are a bit vague, so keep Google Maps handy! We did 25km across a few hours and it was fantastic. I would really recommend to all comers and families. If you are comfortable with some trail riding (unsealed) and a single track) you will love it. If you are not, you will also love it.

If you're lucky you'll see splendid wrens and ospreys, what more could you ask for? This really is a gem of a spot on the edge of the estuary.

We often come down to Pemberton for the quiet and a spot of riding. One of the best aspects about the park is the location and connection to other trails like the Munda Biddi and Big Brook Dam. It is under five minutes from the main strip of Pemberton. Riding under the tree canopy is pretty special. Block C is fun with some flow and a great uphill trail if you like hills. Block A has some great features, a personal favourite is the dh trail cool running. The bank below the old trains also has some flat singletrack, great for a little zip around. Given these trails are maintained by volunteers, they are super fun trails.

This is a must if visiting the area. Such a beautiful walk and dog friendly which is hard to find in a very national park area. A hidden gem and very worth while you can walk the full trail or shorter walks available. Lovely waterfalls and a great cafe serving lovely coffee in the park area 5 stars from me

We started the trail from behind the Leisure Plex, and it took about 40 minutes to reach the top. The path is well defined but steep. There is an installation at the top, with artworks and information. And amazing views!!!

Lovely walk - (wheel chair friendly) - magnificent views of Middleton Beach - icing sugar coloured sand stretching all the way to Emu Point and surrounding hills and ocean. Excellent for swimming - even has a shark net and a pontoon. Even an echo of the waves coming in along the beach at one part of the board walk. Fascinating to hear it for the first time. Once you do a short walk past the jetty (aqua water like a bay in Mauritius) you will arrive at the Whale watch viewing platform - views out to Breaksea Island and Michaelmas Island in King George Sound...if you wish you can walk all the way back to Albany town with views that are unbelievable. A must do in Albany and is free....sometimes in August we have whales and their babies frolicking 30 metres off shore....wonderful to see. Come and enjoy this paradise so close to Albany. A great walking or cycling path beside the beaches and coast at Jurien Bay. Recently extended to Hill River half way to Cervantes. Carry water as there is non once you leave the jetty and make sure you take a camera

An awesome mountain bike trail ride recommended for anyone that loves a trail ride. Would recommend riding north to south (i.e. Cowaramup to Margaret River), rather than south to north (Marg;s to Cowaramup) due to the ~3 degree slope which is hell on the uphill. My favourite option is to ride from Cowaramup to Margaret River and get a lift back, however the BOMB ride is to continue on from Margaret River to Gnarabup if lifts align. To spice things up, there is a mellow Return of the Jedi detour which is single-track that can be accessed at Burnside Rd crossing (+/-50m west of the Wadandi) and hooks back up to Wadandi at the Pines. Either return back to Wadandi or continue to Pines, Big Pine, for an additional add-on that returns back to Wadandi at Carters Rd crossing.
