L'art de l'etable has a warm, cozy and stylish interior. There was some soft blues playing in the background and a fire is burning in the small fireplace. The reception was sincerely friendly. The menu offers quite a few dishes and some suggestions. The food is a pleasure to look at and you can taste that it is prepared with care and a passion for flavour. The portions are adequate. The prices are very reasonable, certainly for the quality you get. (main dishes ranging from â¬13-â¬28 at the time of this visit)Vegetarian options are limited to one main dish at the time of writing this review (but I get the feeling that the chef wouldn't mind altering the recipe to your needs).I really recommend this restaurant for anyone who appreciates very good food for a good price.

The architecture of the restaurant is incredible. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. We expected a trendy place with average food and were very surprised. The food was outstanding. Several courses with French/Belgium disches which were some of the best we had in Europe. Would have gone back if we had time.

Absolutely wonderful! We do not speak French - 2 employees who speak English immediately came to help us navigate the menu and treated us with utmost warmth and care. The food was outstanding, the beef melts in your mouth like butter - if you can, save room for dessert - you will be greatly rewarded. A truly relaxing and enjoyable meal!

We try to speak English, Dutch and German to satisfy you. French fries cooked in beef fat, home-made hamburger, home-made meatballs with home-made sauce too. Try them during your stay in Manhay! Enjoy!
Nothing grand but if you are looking for a burger and fries this place suffices. Be prepared for a large portion and strangely spiced burger.

Le Miroir overlooks the central square and charming medieval church of the village of Dochamps, in the Belgian Ardennes. If has the feel of the village pub, with the owner serving in shorts, the astonishing color settting of the windowless dining room (clean and perfect acoustics!), frequently used for the local dance. The surprise comes with the card: 13 different exciting plates around scampi, for example scampi in La Chouffe (the local beer) with Jambon d'Ardenne. If the weather allows to sit out (you never know in the Ardennes) take the opportunity to great the locals. We could not manage a desert after the scampi dish, but have a stroll through Dochamps and look at the charming houses, most of them not destroyed (yet) by their weekend owners.

The restaurant is located in a lovely building decorated with panacheand in a beautiful setting. When you have plenty of time to enjoy their seasonal food cooked in creative and delicious way, we tried both the fish and the meat menus and loved it. Donât leave your dog at home. Dinner takes a while

We had a good dinner on the terrace. Unfortunately it was crowded hence we were requested to order max. two dishes for party of five :-) It took quite a while before we were served however the food was good once it arrived. Great steak and good seafood.

I admit I am used to some high level eating maybe therefor I was not impressed with this restaurant. We had the menu prestige and I have to admit for the money you pay you will not be disappointed, lot of amuse bouche dishes and then a six course meal. However as I started my review, there where a few dishes with strange combinations and not one of them wowed me from the table, so mission not accomplished for the restaurant. The service was fluent and efficient, so all credit to that. The last thing however I want to review is the wine. We had the wine pairings but were completely lost on that point. It was plenty but it did not serve the food at all. For instance the first wine was served with the first two dishes, who were based on the same fish but tasted completely different, so they needed at least a different wine. Sometimes the wine overpowered the dish (fish of the day course) and with the dessert it was a cider that was way to bitter to go with two sweet dishes. So not impressed with that at all. I regretted not to have chosen my own wine from the wine list, and since I not saw it, don't know the prices. For the money its good, for the food and certainly for the food/wine pairing, there are much better places to eat.

We made a stop on our way home. Luckily they had a room available, and it was a very nice one. Much nicer than the exterior of the hotel makes you expect. The restaurant serves traditional dishes from the region. The staff is exceptionally friendly and they let us enter the rooms and the restaurant with our little dog which we appreciated very much. All in all we had a very good stay here!

Durbuy was empty and most roads under construction so when we found out Ardennaise was opened we jumped there without looking much. What a great luck. The place serves delicious hot chocolate and very good cappuccino. Plenty of options for snacks. Also servers were really nice and spoke v good English
