The only difference to the nearby "Lunch Garden" self-service restaurant is (1) the table service by very friendly staff, (2) the interior decoration and (3) the bill (which is about 3x higher), for the same food on your plate. The spare ribs where from 'den Aldi', steaks were grilled too long (they mixed up our order) and coffee is served without sugar or anything (which they apparently forgot). We will certainly never ever return.Overpriced. Underdelivered.Too bad.

When reading no reservations accepted, I just knew I had to try this one out. And what a positive surprise. This is the gift that keeps on giving. Too bad they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. That´s the only negative comment I can think of. Excellent service (Kim and more names, sorry I forgot most of them...), superb management (owner Joeri if not mistaken, and always present). Food, nothing to add, just excellent like the wines. Parking no problem. Price / quality to my opinion unbeatable. This is an easy review, everything is excellent. Just go and try yourself. This is already my favourite restaurant, after 6 times eating there.... And a quick look at the Forbes top 10 things a restaurant should adhere to, and you know The Stroobander passed all the stress-tests. Simply the best!

I went to dinner here with my wife. The place is not that big inside, but there is enough place between the tables. I had the "steppegras" which was very good. Large variety of beers. Some prices are a bit too high.

Why go to 't Vloot? (1) a beer on a sunny afternoon on the sun terrace (2) after a winter walk inside (3) a nice dinner at sunset with spectacular view over the lake. Drinks no complaints of course. When not too busy, service is friendly. Food in the evening is OK. Just the regular Brasserie dishes prepared in a orderly manner. Price/quality is good. Portion size tends to be huge, so large appetite is welcome.

Afrit 26 is near the exit 26 driving on the E314 towards Leuven. I took the "hertenragout" (deer stew) with chips and vegetables. I did not felt like the food was prepared by themselves. They could not convince me with this dish. Thus unfortunately below average

The location is excellent, rural and away from the busy roads and towns but still close enough to the highways if you invite friends or colleagues from other cities. Very suited for quiet dinners. We were only in Belgium for a few days and normally the restaurant is closed on Monday but after a phone call we could book a table for the four of us without any problems. We were still a few days away from the opening of the wild game season but they already had some delivered so we had deliciously prepared venison. From the location, to the service, interior decoration, garden, the quality of the food and the wine everything was just perfect. We wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

We komen hier zeker terug.

L'entree is a place where locals meet. have a drink or eat something. it's a bar and kitchen. Tapas and main courses all homemade. different wines by the glass, good beer and tasty cocktails. DJ on friday and saterdays. We have a garden in the back a MUST
Went there on a sunday sunny afternoon for two coffee. One double espresso and one latte machiatto. Got the Latte machiatto which was not more than a big glas of hot milk with coffee and the double espresso was about 20 ml I suggest. We where sure they made a mistake and give us a single espresso. When we got the bill we had to pay 5 euro just for the double espresso. The waiter didn t react anyway when we asked him for a slight explanation. Disappointed we left. At home we read the other ratings and understand our experience now fully.
