Harking back to the days when the West End was Vancouver’s first residential neighbourhood, the 1906-built West End Guest House was once home to the Edwards family – some of their photographs of early Vancouver adorn the walls. Current owners Paul Wylie and David Birch have modernised the interiors and plumbing (all rooms are en suite), while retaining a period charm. The eight individually styled and named guest suites range from lush garden level (Superior King Garden Suite) to cosy top floor (Deluxe king Suite). Complimentary gourmet breakfasts, free parking for each room and free Wi-Fi add to the charm. It is on historic Haro Street, with easy access to the nearby Stanley Park seawall, or Davie and Robson Street shopping areas. The parlour with hearth is ideal for winter contemplation, while the veranda and garden beckon in summer months.
It was my first time visiting Vancouver and I’m happy I picked the West End Guest House! This bed and breakfast is a gem. Beautiful house with unique antique style. The bedroom and bathroom had beautiful designs and the bed was comfortable and cozy. The staff were super friendly and accommodating during my stay. The breakfasts were delicious and they offer a togo breakfast sandwich if you aren’t able to make the set breakfast time. Very flexible. I enjoyed the best baked muffins and cakes while staying there. Great location in downtown in a lovely neighborhood. Close to a lot of main attractions and easy access to transit. I had a really great time staying there by myself and will recommend to my friends and family. I hope to be back soon! :) - Eliza

Beyond Bliss Suites & Spa have two different accommodation offerings, both are beautifully modern, clean and comfortable. There are four one bedroom suites with a King Bed and Queen pullout sofabed, full kitchens, jetted tubs and private balconies. The suites are 700 - 800 sq feet in size and are very comfortable for two and spacious enough for four guests. Two of these suites have an ocean view with a sweeping view of the straight, the mountains and all the local ocean wildlife. **NOTE: there is NO ELEVATOR at this property and it is one flight of stairs from the main reception on Marine Ave if you choose a suite. There are also 3 hotel rooms with ocean views and a semi private deck. They have no kitchen facilities, no bathtub but a lovely shower and are STREET LEVEL entry with no stairs from Marine Ave. With a full service day spa and great retail onsite we are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Powell River with lots of restaurants and shopping to walk to.
Friendly and welcoming staff. Large sitting room with balcony, fully equipped kitchenette with breakfast counter. Roomy bedroom and bathroom. Lots of storage space including two closets. Convenient location with good coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Close to the ocean.

Our thoughtfully restored Victorian Manor is also located in one of Vancouver's oldest heritage neighbourhoods, next to City Hall. Come and enjoy our B&B with majestic tree lined streets and lovely flower gardens.
Accommodation in Vancouver can be expensive but I found the Windsor to be very good value for the money. I was visiting my brother in hospital at VGH so the 10 minute walk on flat ground was very convenient. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood 2 blocks from the Broadway Canada Line stop ( which is downhill to get to) Bus stops are even closer. My room was on the first floor and had a queen size bed, fridge, fireplace and on suite bathroom. It was very clean and although no A/C (which is typical for BC) was very comfortable. No trouble dropping luggage off before check in and coming and going is done by a code on the main door plus your room key. I didn't go with the breakfast as due to Covid it was only a tray left at your door. There are several coffee shops close by to get some breakfast. Also there are many restaurants along Cambie St for lunch or dinner. If you want to get anywhere a Compass card is worth the purchase. False Creek and access to Granville Island is a 10 minute walk downhill or one Canada Line stop. I would certainly stay here again.

We recently stayed at the hotel with our extended family and the customer service was next to none. This family goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone’s needs. This place has a spectacular view from the rooms and a place to sit an relax outside to enjoy the sunset. Not the newest of buildings but the rooms were comfortable especially the beds. We had a great nights sleep. It is across the street from a cafe and close to a couple of restaurants. Also walking distance to the Willingdon beach walking trail. It sits in the historical district which is quiet and a great place to walk around. The ferry terminal and the main shopping area is only 5 km away by car. I would highly recommend this hotel for value, comfort and customer service.

Great spot- clean and no traffic noise. We could hear the Friday night band until 1:00 but it wasn't too bad and they did warn us! Rms reno'd and fresh. The breakfast Cafe was right there, fast and reasonable. The Buck and Ear pub is right downstairs and I picked up great food to eat in my room. Most important the hotel is right beside the long beautiful docks with all the gift shops, restaurants, boats rocking at the docks. The other direction is a 3 min walk to a Bea ch area where you can take your dog. Yippee! I will definitely come back!

One of the coolest hotels on the planet launched in 2019, right here in Squamish, no two rooms are really the same, each with a unique element from Squamish's natural beauty or quirky culture. Part of the hotel is located above The Goat, a local's go-to bar. Rest up in quiet rooms in a wing of the hotel and through the week, and enjoy the vibe in the party wing of the hotel for the weekend. Modern with an edge, never a bad bed with super comfy new mattresses, AC recently installed and blackout blinds for lazy mornings. This place is one of kind with most rooms having an amazing view of the Chief Mountain. Just off of Highway 99 and surrounded by the spectacular landscape of Squamish, British Columbia, this trendy hotel has a variety of thoughtful amenities and is the ideal base to endless recreational activities. Our ideal location places guests in the heart of downtown for access to amenities, pubs and restaurants, while only moments from a variety of activities and adventure. Spend the day rock climbing, enjoy a scenic bike ride, or view breathtaking waterfalls, all nearby. Crash Hotel launch in 2019. Large spacious lobby available for guest to chill, hang or plan their next adventure. Large mountain bike and gear storage onsite. Front desk not staffed, but someone is always around and very responsive via phone or text at a moments notice.
Few years ago this hotel was a dump. New owners renovated all the rooms and wow very impressed. The rooms are expensive but very clean. Sheets - no stains and very white, towels - fluffy and no stains, room very clean. Bathroom small but clean. Room has a stocked fridge with beer, pop, vodka, fireball for a cost. Snacks as well for a cost. Coffee machine but no sugar/creamer. My room had a great view of The Chief.

Cedars Inn Hotel & Convention Centre located on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast is the perfect place for your accommodations. A combination of comfort and great facilities means you won’t find a nicer place to stay on the Sunshine Coast in the Gibsons area.Sightseeing, a business trip, or just getting away: your time on the Sunshine Coast is important to us. At The Cedars Inn we pride ourselves on our friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, and full-service hotel facilities. Our Gibsons hotel is conveniently located just minutes from everything to see and do in historic Gibsons.
Decent place to rest your head, close to the ferry and well priced (non pet friendly room). Stayed here Sunday night, efficient check-in, clean room, thanks for the free breakfast, wasn't expecting that and it was a nice surprise! The only con I'd say and I didn't get a pet friendly room is that your pet fee is very expensive! I stayed in Sechelt the night before at a nicer place and the fee was $20 vs $35. It's an example of management gauging guests. 1/4 of your nightly fee for a pet fee doesn't make sense for your market.

While there are many hotels in Harrison Hot Springs our unique accommodation offers you a different kind of experience. We are one street from the sandy beaches of Harrison Lake, and steps away from the beach, shops, restaurants, hiking trails and the public hot springs mineral pool. Our vacation rental property is surrounded by mountains, lakes and rivers and is the most private accommodation in the Village of Harrison Hot Springs. We have designed our accommodations to be peaceful and private - here you can escape modern pressures and just be yourself. We provide you a peaceful, beautiful environment and then do our best to give you the privacy to enjoy it.
We booked directly with the cottages. Ours was the two bedroom Cedar cottage and it was perfect for a long weekend away from the city with our family. Conveniently located to restaurants within walking distance. We had the opportunity to visit Bridal Veil Fall in the town of Bridal Falls as well as do a more energetic hike around Hicks Lake in Sasquatch Provincial Park. The cottages had many amenities we used, barbecue and hot tub, and some we did not have a chance to use like kayaking on the river. Given the chance we will go back again and recommend this location to other looking for a calm, comfortable, relaxing get away.

We enjoyed our stay in the Log House Inn. The room (above) was big enough and everything you needed is in the room. Everything is clean and looks cosy. It's not the most modern or updated furniture/bed/bathroom, but there is nothing wrong with it. The host, Donna, was very nice and gave us a warm welcome. She was more than willing to tell us about the area or the B&B. She offered us help for the suitcases if we wanted. The area is nice and quiet and a perfect hangout to spend time in the Whistler's area if you want.

People were drinking in the kitchen and kept me up. People came home from the night out and kept me up. There is no insulation in the walls. The furnace turning on kept popping and pinging which kept me up all night. If the walls weren't so thin that you could here someone zipping up their pants, it wouldn't of been so bad.
