Hotel Heritage is one of Ljubljana’s finest boutique hotels. It combines the rich cultural heritage of a Renaissance bourgeois building from the 16th century with the luxury of modern architecture and the prestige of residing in a listed building within the cultural and historically-protected part of the old city. This boutique hotel with only 20 rooms ensures an authentic stay in a genuine old townhouse, where we give special attention to your every wish. Enjoy in 400 years of history and stories in harmony with modern architecture and comfort. The experienced and cordial staff of our family-run hotel will conjure more than just a comfortable stay at an exceptional location. Here you’ll stay in the heart of the playful city core, surrounded by the most important sights, restaurants and bars while enjoying the peaceful silence surrounded by centuries-old stone walls in the quiet shelter of the shortest street in town.
What a beautiful boutique hotel. Amazing location, with comfort and luxury at every turn. Staff is always helpful. The manager/owner is friendly and warm. The hotel is painstakingly restored from historical research (read its magazine!) All around a real treat.

The historic B&B Slamic enjoys a central location only a 5-minute walk away from Preseren Square and the Triple Bridge. It occupies a renovated townhouse and hosts a popular Café with a large terrace. The interior is an elegant mixture of different halls and alcoves decorated in period styles. They feature wooden and marble floors and solid wood furniture. Chandeliers adorn the vaulted ceilings of the house. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The comfortable air-conditioned rooms at Slamic are furnished in similar style to its public areas. They feature wooden waxed floors, rich pastel fabrics and cable TVs. The Tivoli Park is only a 5-minute walk away. Within a 10-minute walk, guests can reach Cankarjev dom Cultural and Congress Centre, the National Gallery and the Modern Gallery.
Very cozy room, friendly staff, great breakfast and located within walking distance of the city center. Also included is a coffee and tea shop, so you get excellent coffee (real espresso) for breakfast or high quality tea on a wonderful terrace.

Welcome to the world of glamping tents and tree houses! The Garden Village Bled eco glamping resort is designed to bring people and nature together in harmonious living. Every single thing at the resort grows, lives and breathes with this purpose. We set all five types of accommodation among the trees to let you stay as close to nature as possible. We grow our herbs, fruits and veggies in our gardens to offer authentic flavours in our restaurant. Oh, and we let the stream that is flowing through the resort continue its path right through the restaurant! You can relax in our idyllic spa, set underneath the canopy of trees and above the murmuring stream. So many things to see and experience! This is simply paradise for nature lovers and beauty seekers.
The receptionist and staff are full of life and gave a very warm welcome. The hotel itself feels hidden in nature and the natural pool makes what is a fantastically located property feel like it's an isolated oasis. We stayed in the riverfront tents and were delighted by the sounds of the river flowing at night. Grab a bike and go for a quick ride down to the lake.

Vila Veselova is located in the diplomatic area of the city, just around the corner from Austrian, German, American and Russian embassies and within a walking distance to the town centre, main sights and other points of interest in Ljubljana. City's main park is just a stone throw away from the hostel and offers abundance of green area and relaxing walks. Proximity (within 1 km) of the major galleries and museums offer travelers endless opportunities to discover culture and history of the country. Vila Veselova was also the home of one of the famous Slovenian architect Ciril Metod Koch who rose to prominence after the Ljubljana earthquake, when he reconstructed several buildings in the Vienna Secession style. Vila is enriched with over 130 years old decoration representing the soul of Ljubljana- modern but traditionally charming. Ambient offers rest and chill out spots, garden and terrace. We offer spacious 8, 6 and 4 mixed dorm rooms, a double room, one 4-bed apartment and two kitchenettes. This hostel is not the most well located hostel in Ljubiljana, yet it's we still came back for a second time as the Staff was so friendly and helpful. The Beds are top notch and let you forget they you are not in the city centre. This hostels fits the city.

Vila Istra is a modern luxury hotel on the water front of Lake Bled. With its own private access directly from main road, free WiFi, parking, spacious stylish room, friendly staff you will enjoy memorable vacations.
We spent here three nights at the beginning of January. The location is beautiful as it has a nice view on the lake (even though it is somewhat obstructed by the trees). The town centre is a 15 minutes walk away. One downside of the location is the traffic noise, as the house is right on the road. The windows, although of good quality, are not sound proof and the noise of passing cars may become somewhat bothering at times, although it tends to die down at night. The apartment we were given was very spacious, with two separate bedrooms and a spacious and comfortable living room. All very clean and functional, very well heated, and with characteristically decorated rooms. Breakfast was also very good, with ample choice of cold cuts, croissants, bread, eggs made on order etc. In view of all this I would give it an excellent rating as a b&b. However the problem is that the establishment categorizes itself as a 4 star hotel. Now, this is a bit of a problem, as the expectations from a 4 star hotel are inevitably much higher than those from a b&b. First of all, there was a bit of confusion in the booking stage, as they charged me on the card a deposit of 20 per cent while they were supposed to only ask for an authorization from the credit card company. They reversed the charge but then they made 2 authorization requests for the same amount which forced me to a lot of back and forth with my bank to try and clarify what had actually happened. Nothing bad, because I didn't get unduly charged, but it was a bit of a nuissance for which I didn't get a straight apology. This confusion would be acceptable for a b&b but for a 4 star hotel it is a bit annoying. A bit of an issue also as far as the amenities in the room. Good towels and minibar, but no slippers, no shower cap, no bathrobe, no telephone (not even an intercom to communicate with the reception). All these things should be standard features in a 4 star hotel also because the price was indeed that of a 4 star hotel (not of a b&b). Another problem was that while my wife was taking a shower in the morning after our first night, the hot water suddenly disappeared completely while she was all soapy. We asked for an explanation and were told that everything was working ok: the reason for the sudden lack of hot water was that too many guests took a shower at the same time and the tank run out of hot water. Again, this may be acceptable in a b&b but not in a 4 star hotel. A good perk was the free private parking, although it is a bit on the crammed side. So overall a very good, albeit very expensive, bed and breakfast or an average 4 star hotel. Once you know the limitations, at least you know what to expect. Overall, I would give it a (just about) very good rating.

Vegov hram is a well known name of the Inn. It is most popular among guests who love to change the scenery and enjoy eating the original Slovenian dishes, other well prepeared meals and domestic wine of quality.
We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed for two nights while visiting Ljubljana. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and dinner and very friendly staff. It's a twenty minute drive to the city centre of Ljubljana.

Me and my partner had the best trip staying at this place. Not only were the beds comfy, the rooms fitted with air-con and a mini fridge, the staff here were the best! So helpful with everything from what restaurants to eat at, to what to do in rainy days. Couldn’t of asked for better help from someone who knows the area well. 10/10 rating, recommend to anyone who enjoys comforting, homely hotel rooms!

This unexpected gem is perfectly located on the river. Nice modern room in a very old building with creaky floors. Ana welcomed us and shared her story which let her from Brazil via love to Ljubljiana. All amazing photo art is made by her.

The pension is located in the immediate vicinity of the centre of Bled, only a kilometer and a half from Lake Bled in the direction to village Zasip. The house distinguishes itself by its exceptional position at the edge of the settlement, where you will be impressed not only by a large picturesque garden, but also by the beautiful view of the Alps. The quiet site of the house, situated outside the city hustle offers a nice relaxation.

Small family-run hotel built in 2015 has a long tradition. Untill now it was a restaurant for almost 100 years and has many historical stories to be told. Now they are both connected and offer you special experience with great service and excellent food. It's situated in a quiet area, but still an easy walk or bike ride to the city centre. Hotel has 13 rooms and outdoor dining. We also offer small conference room, free wifi and a parking lot.
As we arrived early our room was not ready yet but after having a drink we could check-in early. Breakfast was served at the table instead of buffet style because of Covid. The restaurant closed at 5 in the evening too for the same reason. There's also a secure parking lot in the back of the hotel. It's a short distance to city center and the hotel has a deal with a taxi company so it takes 5-10 minutes for a taxi to arrive. For a €6-8 fee you don't have to worry about finding a parkingspace in Ljubljana.
