A place where we welcome guests and say good-bye to friends!
The place looked very nice, but e were kindly advised that it is not opened for outside guests, who are not sleeping in the hotel, during the week It works for them only in weekends. I think a traveler should know this.

The kitchen was BEYOND FABULOUS! The service we had from the kitchen team was EXTRAORDINARY! Highly recommending and deeply thankful for the unforgettable and heartful service we got from the two chefs Natalia and Sergio. These two amazing people made our wedding gift stay UNFORGETTABLE! Thank you! ❤️ Thank you for such delicious food, great wine recommendations and sweet talks. We are looking forward to our paths crossing again. Sergio, your octopus is already very highly demanded among my friends ?

Nice place to stay with family and friends. Rooms are big enough but need renovation. Food is ok also, they don’t have parking you have to park on the street. Location is near to the center but is not top location.

Еffect Zlatna Oresha - Complex is located directly in the center of Zheravna. It has 6 houses - Manchovata, Popstefanovata, the house of Maria Boneva, Gochkovata, the house of Todor Kirov and the house of grandmother Kalina. Each one of them has its own history and glamour. The wonderful two-floor houses will remind You an atmosphere and spirit of the ancient times. The interior has the typical local folk-style from the 17th til 19th century, famous for its coziness and warmth. The authentic architecture is fully remained - slightly elevated bay windows, columns, heavily protruding and some rounded roofs. The yard of the resort is a colorful garden, which offers the comfort of a village house. The history in each corner, the beauty of the Kotlenski Balkan and the great hospitality, will turn Your days into unforgettable memories and will provoke You to come back again and again.
Esperienza molto originale!

It is difficult to find if you arrive at night. The place is beautiful, big, and the room, as well as clean, is really authentic. There is a tavern where it is possible to have dinner. It is also a traditional Bulgarian breakfast included. However, they don't accept card payment and it can be a big disadvantage.

Buona posizione a poche centinaia di metri dal centro città. Esternamente ben sistemata con una piccola piscina. All'interno belle stanze, anche se non molto grandi, ma tipiche della vecchia bulgaria.

Lovely place, lovely people, very fair (didn't charge an extra room, even though we have ordered it, since they saw we didn't need it (the kids are young, can sleep together). The bed was huge, the playground great, and the restaurant perfect. Highly recommend

It is very likely that you may visit that Guest house in another season, with another group and those observations may not be relevant to you. We visited in Fenruary, so the restaurant was quite cold, upstairs the apartments were a little warm (even one of the mornings all of the radiators were cold); food is not tasty at all, neither a choice is present; at the house there was no working TV (surely that is a problem of the provider, not of the house, but it persisted); to our kids was forbidden to sit and lay on the retro part, resembling how Bulgarians slept and ate 100 years ago, because it was possible that they would break the small wooden tables; So, as general the breakfast was great, but we disliked the attitude that the family which hosted the house showed to us, even without words.

"Hadjigergy's house" is situated in an attractive area of Jeravna village called "Gorny Kray".You will go to the house via narrow stone-paved streets. There is a parking place near the entrance of the house. The house is over 250 years old. It was built by the artisan and entightener Gergy. The house is renovated, while the interior is in its original state. The wood-carvings and all other hand-made wooden elements were completely preserved.
The house is fantastic and cannot be faulted at all. The male owner (sorry can't remember his name) is very helpful but I can't say that for the female though. Nothing like having my girlfriends mother told off for speaking to the male owner by his wife who was quite openly jealous and took a complete dislike to our party of 8 for the rest of our stay. Not a lot to do in the village but walking in the woods to the top of the hill you will see some stunning views. Wouldn't go back tbh but as I said the house is beautiful.
