Reviewed By Mike082The Hotel Serov is a very good choice in Simferopol. It's well located in the centre of town and has good facilities. The rooms are modern, very clean and comfortable. It has a small restaurant attached where one can all meals or just breakfast at extra cost. I would certainly choose it again

terrible place
Reviewed By Natalya FThe hotel isn't good at all. The most terrible thing was about the bed what wasn't possible to sleep on. Also I had hit my leg 3 times while walking to the balcony against the shape corners. There is no fresh air cuz hotel located right at the traffic street. Don't ever stay here.

Excellent service and rooms, dog friendly
Reviewed By LukyLuke_chAfter a long trip through east Ukraine I booked this hotel because my car was broken and stayed in the garage for more than 10 days. In this Hotel I stayed with my big black dog for 3 days after we came back from near Odessa. The service was very accommodating and helpful, also they had fun of my big dog (unfortunately a dog is a problem all over Ukraine). The people at the reception where mostly able to talk in English, the rooms where clean and with a good interior. The hotel is next to an orthodox church where a lot of weddings where taken. During these, a special chime of bells is played a couple times which I heard in my room. The breakfast was included and freshly prepared. There was no buffet, every day something different like a special fresh salad with bread, cheese and yoghurt.

Lovely hotel
Reviewed By David CMade very welcome by the reception staff. Room was spotless. Nice cafe if you wanted a snack. Would highly recommend this hotel. Very good location for shops centre etc. Simferopol is excellent if you want to visit Crimea, station and buses not far from hotel.

Reviewed By Eddie020173Again I stay here although the hotel is being renovated the lower floors are still in use my room was very large and accommodating the bathroom was very clean and well presented the whole hotel was very accommodating although the outside street was very dirty this shoud not be taken into account when booking this hotel

Christmas in Simferopol
Reviewed By AlldarI stayed at the hotel Lermontov in Simferopol from the 21st December untill the 25th December. This hotel was very good value for money,as this was my first visit to Crimea i did not now what to expect. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff friendly and helpfull.We stayed in a room with a separate double bedroom and a large bathroom. The room was cleaned every day and refilled with coffee and tea.The reason i do not give it 5 points is that the Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough to reach the room but worked ok in the hallway. I would stay here again if i ever travel back to Simferopol.
