The Acquachiara Farmhouse is a new and welcoming structure, studied in detail to make your stay pleasant and equipped with every comfort. The bedrooms are all spacious and tastefully decorated. Each of them has a private bathroom, smart TV, hot / cold air conditioning and mini fridge. Outside, a salt water swimming pool with hydromassage station.

Attenti ai particolari, cucina attenta e ricca di gusto, si sente che i prodotti sono di prima scelta, genuini e lavorati a regola d'arte. un giardino grande e ben curato con dei giochi per i bambini BEN TENUTI e vicino una casetta della chioccia con i suoi pulcini.. la mia piccola è stata veramente felice. Piscina pulita e ad acqua salata (senza cloro e perfetta per i bambini). Camere nuove e pulite. Personale adorabile. Struttura vicinissima al mare (1 km circa). Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono vivere il bello di un agriturismo e di Sabaudia. Bravi e complimenti alla proprietà.

We are inside the Circeo’s National Park about 2 minutes from the sea (shuttle is offered).
Simple B&B, but nevertheless overpriced for the standard it offers
Reviewed By emu901We picked this place because we thought it was a nice and simple place in some beautiful and quiet surroundings. In actual fact, is is located in a forest like settlement with a lot of green around, and the traffic is minimal. However, the place itself was not what we expected. First, it was not really quiet, as you could hear noise throughout the building (TVs from nearby rooms, people walking with stilettos on rooms situated above). Also the rooms were connected through an open corridor, and the landlady has the unpleasant custom to talk and phone with a very loud voice, especially if she fights over the phone with someone, which happend a couple of times even early in the morning. Breakfast was every morning exactly the same, it included an industry made croissant (very sweet and with a rubber type touch), biscuits and a piece of industry made tart (tasted very sweet and artificial). I have to admit this is more or less standard Italian breakfast, but what they called a "rich breakfast" did not mathch my Northern European expectation. The rooms were decorated in a very cheap way, even IKEA style furniture would have been better. For instance, in the first room we occupied, the "wardrobe" was a box of scrap wood that was nailed together, painted hastingly and with an old cloth as the "door" for this wardrobe. It seemed as they got their furniture from people who wanted to get rid of theirs. The worst thing however was the strong odour of humidity and mold. I think it actually came from the matress. We complained and changed the room, but in fact that change was counter productive as the matress in the second room smelled even more from mould (apart from the fact that it was totally worn down). We found that really disgusting and were then more than happy to leave the next morning. We were really disappointed from this place, and deeply regretted choosing it. We saw some positive notes about it in the internet, and entries in the guest book that praised the beauty of this place, and we can only explain it by different expecations and people coming from different housing standards.

Beautiful home in farmlands of Sabaudia
Reviewed By SA_Traveller_76_CTSheila and her brothers have a large, beautiful Tuscan style house in the farmlands of Sabaudia. The house is immaculate, clean, and tastefully decorated with unique original pieces from their grandfather's day. Shelia speaks good English and is very friendly and helpful. She served us and excellent breakfast and told us where we should go to the beach and for dinner. My only downside is that her home is at least 20 minutes drive from Santo Felice Circeo, where we ended up spending most of our time. Recommend staying here if you have reason to be in Sabaudia.

People We were quite late to check in, but an amazing woman waited up for us to gives us the keys to our room. Can`t thank her enough! We had an amazing stay at this place and will definitely come back if we get the chance! :)

Reviewed By charliesU224AJService and assistance were great. Large room with private courtyard and a clothes drying rack! Very functional and clean. Breakfast included one of selection of quality pastries, home-made coconut cake, yogurt, fresh fruit and of course coffee.

Comfortable stay
Reviewed By BeerTraveller7Very good location, close to one the best beaches Italy has. We had a nice room. But unfortunately we couldn't communicate the lady who looks after the place as she doesn't speak any other language apart from Italian and Italian is not one the languages I speak. We had under the impression that we can use the kitchen in the premises but we learned that we can't use it after an argument with the lady but rules are the rules so we he to to eat in a nearby restaurant which was the best meal while we were in Italy. I can certainly recommend the place. The lady who looks offer the place was not friendly to us but she was with other people. I think it is because we didnt understand each other and she was upset when we use her kitchen.
