Lovely and clean but very noisy in morning
Reviewed By G8156HOcarolmLovely and clean rooms, there was a kettle but no tea or coffee facilities to make a drink, bed was lovely and comfy we had a room with no window so was boiling hot with out air con on then ice cold with air con on, So pay extra for window, the cleaners in the morning very very noisy there were shouting to each other from down the corridors and banging doors so you won’t get a lie in after 9am in a very good location 10 mins walk from beach and bars.

Steep hill
Reviewed By Thedudley619The hill going up to the residence was pretty steep and tuk tuk drivers will charge extra to up it, but if your fit it's not really that bad. The place itself was good. We rented 1 whole floor as we had 11 adults and a few children. The beds were a little hard but other than that the staff were kind and the rooms were clean. Bangla and Patong beach is about a 5 min tuk tuk ride. There is also a family mart right down the bottom of the hill. Fir those who don't know family mart is just like a 711. Rooms had tea and coffee and a hairdryer.

Reviewed By Christie489I found this hotel through doing some research online and was looking forward to staying here. I booked 2 nights through Agoda and paid in full. I received full confirmation of my booking via both email and text but when I arrived at around 8pm on my check-in date I was told there were no rooms available & had to find somewhere else to sleep. One of the staff was nice enough to give me a ride to a hotel down the road but even though they said they are new to using Agoda to get bookings I don't think not having rooms available that have already been booked and paid for is acceptable. Sorry.

Lovely roof top pool

Gorgeous roof top pool and bar but view was not nice / looked over a dump and some of pool tiles were chipped but was clean and relaxing with a breeze. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Good location, only 10 min walk from Bangla road and next to 7/11. We had to wait a hour to get our room then another further 20 mins, so due to the inconvenience they upgraded us to a studio room. There was a balcony but we did not use and kept curtains shut as the balcony from the building next door was a couple feet away. The tap water was brown and the sink was leaking. The bedsheets were dirty also. But overall a good stay with very good aircon. Do think for the price I would of expected cleaner rooms and more up to date.

The room was pristine and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, mainly lovely ladies who make you feel safe and have a big smile on their face. The breakfast was amazing value, they really got to know what we liked and then tailored the breakfast to us everyday. Despite there being a bar downstairs we had no issues with sound. This hotel is so central it’s perfect to explore Patong and would highly recommend this hotel to anybody.
