Quiet sleep Saturday night
Reviewed By johnwR2358KLWe arrived in a thunderstorm, which may have quieted the music. The rooms are clean and well-furnished. When management found we had no towels they brought them right away. The air conditioner works well, and the WiFi was good. One problem was the floor of the shower was dangerously steep. I enjoyed a good, peaceful sleep, and woke refreshed.

Awful - avoid unless you’re desperate
Reviewed By Anthony WOnly stayed there for one night. Promotional photo’s look good but what a shock when I arrived . The hotel is like a building site - I’d say it’s 30 % finished . Bedroom was actually ok - clean and bed was comfortable. Also WiFi was surprisingly good. Rather noisy because hotel is next to the main road TV channels non existent- only 2 channels, Botswana TV and SABC. Staff friendly and helpful . Restaurant appeared to be closed but was open , bar was definitely closed. Obviously the owner has run out of money . Rather stay next door at Majestic 5

Reviewed By dohertysbar1This is a good hotel with friendly professional staff. It is clean and the rooms are well priced. Unfortunately this hotel is close to a shebeen which plays loud music all night. If you want a peaceful sleep you need to think of staying somewhere else.

The worst place in Palapye
Reviewed By Freedom NThere is so little I liked about this place. The only thing that was decent about this place was the receptionist who tried all his level best to cover up for the lack of management and training. Everything here needs to be upgraded. When we arrived the receptionist didn't know we booked with bookings.com When we went to the room the wifi was down (yet they are 2 minutes from town - to fix it). My booking was for three people (TWO ADULTS AND ONE KID) but in the room there was one cup for coffee with only limited sachets of sugar and cheap coffee. There was only one towel. The receptionist made a plan and we got what we demanded for. The room is not old but needs attention (light fixing, no wifi, proper shower hose, etc) ONE THING THAT ADDED A CHERRY ON TOP AND MADE ME FINALISE TO NEVER COME AGAIN WAS THE SECURITY GUARD. We checked out quite early (pre-planned) but the security refused to let us go because we forgot to handover the stupid tv and air-corn remote to him. He was so rude and unprofessional. After our 40 minutes fight with him he then asked me for a matches/smoke which was very weird. I had the worse experience and I would never book there again or recommend it to any client.

Unorganised and terrible service!! Lots of lying
Reviewed By Brett EThis place is the pits received a confirmation letter for the booking but on arrival they knew nothing about the booking, not enough toilet paper or towels and no hot water in any room. We asked for a fan the gentleman tried to find one but could not give a time for it’s arrival because he failed to tell us the truth that it was coming from Gaborone. We were told it will all be rectified next time we come. There won’t be a next time!!!!
