New and cozy B&B in a modern style in the attic of a detachet two family house located in a quiet area in Pachino (SR) in a strip of land in the southernmost part of Sicily between the Ionian and Mediterranean seas. It can comfortably accommodate 4/5 people. B&B La Terra dei Mari is located in the attic, on the 2nd floor of a two family house. The B & B consists of 2 double bedrooms, the " Ionio " and " Mediterraneo", each room with a balcony. In the room " Ionio " there are 2 single beds for single or double use. In this large room a third bed can be added if requested. The access to the attic is garanteed through a indipendent beautiful internal decorated staircase. The bathroom, the living room with breakfast nook and a large terrace are shared but for the exclusive use of our guests. The house is recently built and the rooms offer maximum comfort. Its furnitures reflect all the charm of a Mediterranean accomodation paying loving attention to details and using mostly natural materials.
