Reviewed By Brianna05Great location. The staff were friendly and reception was manned 24hrs a day. Bed and pillows were very comfy and the shower was lovely and hot. Breakfast was huge. Not a buffet style. Instead they gave you plates of food to each table. It was too much food for one person and I did wonder if it was uneaten food from another table as I found it hard to believe a country like this would throw away food. You could hire e-bikes from reception for 10,000 kyat ($10AUD) a day which was very handy to get to all the pagodas and restaurants. Great stay. Would recommend.

Reviewed By Happy HIt's nice and clean room and reception. It's important to confirm. Price is fair and I leaved this month . Weather is hot.but this season light is off and staff a range generator but Two or three hour at most. And generator off after electricity is on.

Reviewed By Pioneer21472714302Amazing outlooks so green and full of trees around , marvelous pool full view of Ayarwaddi River , service was outstanding and rooms are great deco and nice clean but bath tub and toilets cover out of date and old ! Bath tub even can’t stand and got broken before shower due to our dated then hotel trying to charged us but we accept their apology extended then off course it’s not our mistake! Even hotel should responsible if we get hurt or any issues of hospitalizations ! Thank you Royal KK and be careful and consider if you are planning to charged customers due to hotel outdated usage items ,if you want to stand up your hotel business to grow then be smart!!

Reviewed By joremardelfinI had a good stay at this guest house, their staff is helpful and they even allowed me to check-in early with complimentary breakfast!:-) i got food poisoned from Mandalay and the staff of this hotel offered me a plate of delicious bananas :-) I recommend this hotel for people who would like to travel to Bagan, it's easy to navigate and they have ebikes for rent too, this is a walking distance to many restaurants for foreigners also:-) Presently some rooms are under construction as they have to improve more so expect some and little nuisance in the morning :-)

Reviewed By chrisreyes21Best part of this guest house is its location and rooftop breakfast. It is near good restaurants as well. The room was dark and not very clean. The smell in the washroom was disturbing. Thankfully we only stayed here one night.

We are your home away from home. The hotel offers 32 superior rooms, 6 deluxe rooms with terrace, 4 deluxe family rooms and 4 junior suites, all with en-suite bathrooms and personal air conditioners. All rooms have elegant reclaimed wood fittings and decorations from the flooring to the bed heads.
Great value in Bagan
Reviewed By dewaldo2016f you are looking to escape your day at the temples and the main tourist area Myanmar Han is a good hotel. This hotel is not perfect through a western lens, but by Myanmar standards, it is a great find for a very fair price. For revenue optimisation, US dollar is the currency of choice on property. F&B charges are a little higher than in the main tourist area, all things considered with the room rate being a total steal and I did not mind paying a premium. I appreciated the pool area, oversized rooms, breakfast, laundry service and hot water. JJ Express bus services dropped me off and picked me up at the hotel. This saved me from the need to navigate touts. I arrived around 5 a.m at the hotel and the hotel staff were very kind and offered me an early check-in. Priceless and much appreciated. I rented an e-bike (motorised scooter) for most of my stay as this provided me with the flexibility to head into town and to the temples on demand. The hotel provides a shuttle to Nyang-U a couple of times a day. The staff are great and are empowered to make every effort for a great stay. Aung at the bar was awesome!

An OK hotel, near the airport and the archaeological zone
Reviewed By arg02We stayed at the hotel 4 nights. The room are very big and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful,but a little short in english.Breakfast is ok, and the restaurant serves fine mealt, which also can be taken outside, on the hotel roof under the stars and with candle lights. Very romantic. The swimmingpool is fine, but lacks som shade. I could as well have given the hotel 4 stars, but the beds are a bit too hard, and a light sleeper may be disturbed by trafic noice from the nearby airport road. The hotel is also a little bit away from the center of Nyaung U, but there are no problems to find a tuk-tuk to take you there og back.
